1. I Hated the fact that I didn't have anywhere to go for PvP only. I think a battleground system similar to World of Warcraft would make killing my friends very exciting and entertaining.
2. Some type of Dueling system so that when you just want to prove that your better without the fear of getting killed over and over again right before you get back to your body. So when you duel you cant die. With this you could put a betting system in as well. The duelers could put up money they want to stake or items even, or you could have this be an arena type of thing that other people can watch and bet on as well.
3. The idea of PvP clans would enhance the idea of battlegrounds. This could add a really competitive aspect of the game that wouldn't necessarily take away from PvE.
4. Most importantly I want to see some balance PvP wise in each class. One thing that frustrated me most about D2 is that I had to go make a completely new toon just to have fun PvPing. For instance, I played on a Javelin Amazon and they didnt do spectacular in PvP it was do able but not dominate. So I made myself a Sorceress and was dominate in every battle I fought.
Hopefully you at least think on these things.

This Wizard build is the perfect blend of PvE and PvP all in one without a sacrifice in either category. While having some survivablility with Diamond Skin and the ulitity of Time Warp, it doesnt lack any damage out put.
