Don't worry, everyone in the beginning starts from 0. You can go from that 0 to really knowing what you want in a pretty small amount of time, go check out http://www.hardware-revolution.com/computer-systems/gaming-pc/ you can choose what fits your budget, what fits your preferences and if you got any questions feel free to ask there, very nice and helpful people there.Posted in: Technical Support

Don't bother with the branded "gaming mice" they are insanely overpriced (they just slap the word "gaming" on it so it costs more). If you want an excellent, mid-priced mouse for gaming (especially Diablo 3) go with a Logitech G400. For the money it costs it is really a killer deal, it is very reliable, sturdy, made for intense clicking has DPI switching, and as most do 2 side buttons. Also the scroll wheel isn't the "free spin" kind, it clicks so it's even suitable for FPS games or other that require precise scrolling.Posted in: Technical Support
Also don't get laser mice, those things blow out from something so small as a power outage. You'll practically pay more for something that is less reliable and accuracy wise almost doesn't even differ from a optical mouse. I've had one "gaming" mouse myself, and it blew out after a power outage. I could just throw it out the window after that, couldn't be fixed. And now having the Logitech G400 I couldn't be happier with my mouse!

Really want one but can't afford one right now and I think I read somewhere that they are already sold out.Posted in: General Discussion
Mainly I want it because it's a revolutionary card for those who game in 3D. Normally 3D mode takes half your normal FPS, but this card seems to mostly perform on par, sometimes even better, rarely a bit worse in 3D mode. When I first read that my jaw broke. Really making me want one.

I too am scratching cash to build a new rig. This one is just too old, 6 years is enough for this PC to retire. Trying to make the new one as future-proof as I can afford. Still can't decide on a few things. Like videocard (6870 or 560 TI) or CPU (Already have i5 2400 wondering if I should sell it since it's new to get a i5 2500k). Also I'm on a 3D monitor, so I will be enjoying Diablo III in glorious III D.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
