If I'm not mistaken, that won't work because it would log the I.P. address that voted, not the computer. School computers all share the same I.P., so I don't think that's possible. Good idea though.
I'm going to ave to disagree here, her face is probably not wrinkled, they just thuoght it is. Look at most african tribes, they smear ash/paint on their faces during rituals and such, and when it dries it cracks and gives a "Wrinkled" appearance. I only use this example becasue it suites the WD class the best. This is my explaination of what I think that person was talking about, I could be wrong though.
I keep wondering what will be the cooldown of potions... If it's like 2 minutes then I will keep my potions low in number and will use them only in extreme cases but if the cooldown is 10-20 seconds then they will be more usable I think.
I remember reading someplace that they said potions were going to have an insane cooldown, and were going to only be used like once per map. If I;m not mistaken it was in an interview with Jay Wilson at last years Blizzcon when it was said, granted it could have changed, but I don't know.
>--monk (gnarly fella, but appears difficult to use with the assassin-like combos)
I agree, the monk looks difficult to play, and very combo heavy/dependant for damage. But, if he turns out to be anything like the Assassin(outside of combos), I'll most definitely have atleast one character that's a Monk.
As of right now it's between the Witch Doctor and Wizard. They just seem the coolest in my opinion, and look fun as hell to play. Plus I just love caster types in general.
i no its not a great idea but if they make stuff binding kind of like wow could cut down on stuff like people getting bugs and viruses, i dont no about u guys but it has happened to me b4:(
Sorry but your using of oblivion level scaling pretty much killed your entire suggestion and probably killed support from 90% of the ppl who have played oblivion. I played it as well and the level scaling was horrible...it was an absolute failure in so many ways.
-Prevents you from reading 3 paragraphs in how many ways oblivion's scaling sucked-
Level scaling kills the need for difficulty levels...it would be kind of lame to be a lvl 5 killing monsters in hell looting all the best stuff...you see my point? The entire structure of diablo's gameplay would have to be changed...from the monsters-difficulty levels to the exp given to the very loot system itself would have to be completely redone. I agree diablo 3 needs alot of change to make it better than D2 but there IS a limit to where it is no longer a diablo franchise game. This suggestion would cross that line IMO.

:rolleyes:couldnt have said it better or cleaner myself, i would have probably would have had to of cursed somewhere in my post on this.......DAMMIT!:P
this is probably not the last one, hell, how many evils can their be? as long as blizz keeps thinking them up then the series will continue to keep growing and going
this isnt a bad idea though it would have to be quite limited becausze if u could use it mor than once in a while ppl would do nothing but us that one attack, kind of lik wat ppl do with pallys in D2, it seems like everyone and there brother has an Hdin. though i do think that the game could do with something interesting like this.
:offtopic:personally i think it would be interesting if they made it a little like WoW and made stuff binding:offtopic:
