    Gasp! Oh my, that's horrible.

Lol, I really don't see why taking a few ideas from their best selling game of all time is a bad idea. Probably because it isn't.

Not really many similarities to WoW, there. I mean, the graphical style is just how Blizzard does it, so that's moot. But other than that I'd say there are very few, maybe some things that worked out very well in WoW, that were probably inspired by Diablo in the first place.

And I do love killing critters, and looking at all the snow! Hah, I wanted to go skiing.

Now i wonder what will blizzard's excuse be? :D

It looks perfect now and it feels like Diablo.
I can't watch the video on this piece of junk, but the screens look good... in moderation. If the whole game looked like that, I'd hope Blizzard was expecting to disappoint a lot of gamers. Certain parts of the game would be ok like that, but not the whole thing. No way.

Yea, they better give an option to turn that crap off. I would be pissed if I saw that ever time they blocked.

why the fuck do you have a mac
I'm guessing they have gobs of money to just throw around. And like art alot?

    Otherwise, I dunno.

Personally, I'd never buy a Mac, especially if I wanted a powerful gaming machine. Just thinking about it makes "Wasted money" flash before my eyes.

But my computer specs... well I don't know them. I don't want to know them. I have a crap Dell xp from 2002, breaks itself constantly so I've stopped trying to fix it. Freakin' wininet.dll.

I'll hopefully be getting a new one soon, and shoot for the better graphics cards that'll be sure to run D3 once it's released.

I wasn't commenting on their speculation of their discoveries Lethian. I was referring to comments like from Uber Didditz on color, for example.

Can't tell me Mace Windu's purple lightsaber isn't cool.
No no no, Samuel L. Jackson is a BAMF.
Although the lightsaber color to me was a bit feminine, let me direct you to something I already said
"It's an opinion" and "I'll get over it."
It isn't like it's overwhelming in any way, so I don't let it get the best of me and RRRAAAGGGEEEE. I don't get that annoyed over something so insignificant. And I never said the purple necessarily made it gay.

I'm not trying to whine here, just stating my views. Don't be so critical.

At the end of Diablo 3, Deckard Cain, before he dies, is going to tell you to stay a while and listen... And this is where he will speak the words, "Hero... I am your father."
Then we'll be all like "NOOOO, IT'S NOT TRUE!!"

And our arm will be cut off at the time also.

    Should'a listened to the force.

Lol I just stopped actually reading these posts a while back. It isn't like I'm trying to play Oblivion on 200 fps here. I'm sure a moderate card and computer will play it just fine.
But seriously, it's like a novel about 3 or 4 people arguing about graphics cards.

YES! For so many reasons, like ones mentioned before in this thread.
And maybe to cut down on running around inside, they can put in multiple waypoints for towns, like instant transit if you're in a hurry.

I also think purple color is awesome.

Besides, D2 forced you to play as a woman/girl if you chose one of those three classes. Don't you think that's girly? Lulz. Now at least you will be able to pick male characters whichever the class.

And no, purple aint girly. Pink's girly maybe, but purple is awesome evil and mystical.

Purple is still considered more feminine than most other colors. Pink isn't the only girly color, it's just the girliest.

Sure, you can choose a girl, and girls do play, but it's all opinion. Most people I know find it feminine, that doesn't mean it's wrong for a guy to like it. I just don't think I'd enjoy seeing it constantly as a way of showing damage.

Arcane isn't necessarily "evil", so I don't really think that's exactly a reason for choosing purple. Just an art choice. And like I said, I may not like it, but I'll get over it. Not a big problem, especially once I start enjoying the rest of the game.

"In human color psychology, purple is associated with royalty, regality, and nobility (stemming from its use in heraldry to denote gentry)."

Don't know how that goes with "girly"

Back in the day, sure it was royalty, but since there isn't much of that anymore, I don't usually see it that way.
Most people I've known consider it a feminine color. Hence, girly.

Sure sure, but I can't say I'm a big fan of purple either. Could have chosen a less "girly" color for it. Oh well, I'll get over it.
