posted a message on Open Letter against Botting

I'm sure this thread only exists so that top streamers have a written account of: "hey look at me Blizz, here is written proof that I don't bot. Please never ban me thanks. PS we are making money off your game just from streaming it" oh the sarcasm of it all, and so many unrealistic expectations of Blizz coming from the already spoiled playerbase.

i like the fact that some players from a known top end clan underline a letter to blizzard while knowingly playing with ppl in their clan that bot themselves. especially ppl that use hacks/cheats themselves to be in the top ladder. *flies away*

My only explanation at this hour would be that knowning now that a lot of people can bot and keep up with them, they don't have what to show people anymore. This way they dont earn as much as they did in the past, since for some of them Diablo is a way of living. So now is better to show Blizzard they are some kind of "Avengers", while most of people playing D3 knows exactly what they are.

EDIT: Lucky for me .... 10/11 is so near and Legacy of the Void is around the corner. That way I can stay away of this and enjoy a real game. D3 doesnt have a PVP so people are fighting each others on websites ...

So Cheaters writing an open letter to urge Blizzard to take action against cheating.

Ahh and nevertheless YOUR site is promoting botters, exploiters or cheaters BIG TIME... so first clean your own yard and then complain further.

I think you got the wrong forum to express your frustrations. People from Diablo fans cannot fix anything in game. They're not developers.

I thought you said your last words an hour ago. What made you come back with another answer? Us... the casuals? :D

You guys don't realize that 95 % of the hardcore community is using Thud and if Blizzard were to remove it 2/3 of the people would quit the game.

Thud is making this game a lot more fun and enjoyable to play for most people, being able to see ur DPS ... ur hitpoints without holding mouse or ur health bar, seeing cooldowns etc. is making it a lot more nice. Also seeing xp/h etc. there is so many things that makes us enjoy the game more.

If they banned people for Thud they would just do us a favour, cause we wouldn't play D3 in the current state its at without it. Especially when so many mobs (ghosts, anarchs) can be outside of the map, jumping you and instnatly killing you. That's totally unfair. As I shown earlier, watch this, 1 anarch = instant death on wizard:

Sorry, but end of discussion. This is my beliefs and my feelings and many of my friends share it. You can do nothing to change that. Yes, casuals will always hate, if its not Thud, then it will be other stuff.

I think we have better things to do than hate you or any script related with a game we play. If being a casual means I have a life that I enjoy outside a computer, than I am happy and proud about it. Good luck with your ... gameplay :D

Your saying that being able to die and lose everything and the risk involved in HC REMOVES THE FUN? lolol that's what makes it fun, if anything THUD removes the fun and makes it a dull game almost job-like...
I'm currently in the top 150 sc wiz (142 last time i checked) it's not TOP but i'm proud of it because i never used thud or bots or anything like that,
i've accepted the fact that with a paragon below 900 and no bots or cheats i'll probably never be in the top 10, but the fact that i have legitimacy over my records makes it feel so much better and FUN to do.
I'm not trying to undermine your achievement, but you're kinda undermining yourself defending cheats like you are,
THUD is not an addon like in wow or other games, it a cheat, plain and simple, and you're defending it, how do you expect to be respected?
oh and blaming game design is even more ridiculous since the game is the same for everybody regardless of IMBAANARCHSOMG... GL with it though.

    Well said! 100% with you.

Then Diablo isn't a game for you, and will never be.

Dude mind your own bussiness... I wont hunt for a damn dagger just because you and some other nerds think it is fun. BUT I will play Diablo in the way that I want and how I want and I will quit any class I feel it is useless to play. Got it? Now get back to your farming board and hunt for whatever you want.
