Besides that, they already announce patch 2.4 even before the patch 2.3 launch so it is normal not to reveal another expansion yet. We will probably see patch 2.5 and then the expansion. This game is very much alive :)

    1) Reported, and be glad you can hide behind a layer of anonymity on the internet, as your first sentence is quite the threat.
    2) If you know of a better representative, please, by all means, come forth.
I get it, you're likely a botter. Keep it to yourself.
How about us? The players ... not YOU! You're just making money out of this game ... and I might add you do a really lame job.

I'm sure this thread only exists so that top streamers have a written account of: "hey look at me Blizz, here is written proof that I don't bot. Please never ban me thanks. PS we are making money off your game just from streaming it" oh the sarcasm of it all, and so many unrealistic expectations of Blizz coming from the already spoiled playerbase.

i like the fact that some players from a known top end clan underline a letter to blizzard while knowingly playing with ppl in their clan that bot themselves. especially ppl that use hacks/cheats themselves to be in the top ladder. *flies away*

My only explanation at this hour would be that knowning now that a lot of people can bot and keep up with them, they don't have what to show people anymore. This way they dont earn as much as they did in the past, since for some of them Diablo is a way of living. So now is better to show Blizzard they are some kind of "Avengers", while most of people playing D3 knows exactly what they are.

EDIT: Lucky for me .... 10/11 is so near and Legacy of the Void is around the corner. That way I can stay away of this and enjoy a real game. D3 doesnt have a PVP so people are fighting each others on websites ...

Ahh and nevertheless YOUR site is promoting botters, exploiters or cheaters BIG TIME... so first clean your own yard and then complain further.

Because this way you will farm the keys once, get the amulet and then reforge it over and over again until you get what you want.

Not to mention it's way expensive to reforge :D You can create 5 hf amulets with a potential reforge.

I don't know about the hf rings. I am pretty sure works the same for it as for the other crafted items.

posted a message on anyone else bored/burned out?

To say that you are bored of Diablo it is a bit out of place. I mean we can blame Blizzard for a lot of things but not for the way they renew their games. So even if the storm is over with the new patch, we can still play this game and we will continue playing it. You cannot compare this with other games that you play them for a week and that's it. Some are done in an hour.

Well, people playing an ARPG have no right to complain about the game not being skill-based enough. Skill has never been the leading factor in RPG games... Gear and level are.

That being said, if you'd let me play on Quin's wizard I'd probably still fail to clear GR60+.
That's exactly what we discuss in this topic, and some are still interpretating the obvious.
This GR which is the end game on D3 should be about anything BUT entering and exiting a game to look for another type of the rift. This is just stupid, boring and not fun at all. It doesnt have anything to do with skill, gear, gameplay, farming or whatever. It's a STUPID STUPID THING!

Yea I'm right there with ya, so sick of working hard to be the best. I should totally just be the best already.

I do believe the point is that being the best should be determined by skill, not the amount of time one spends creating games.

ARPG, last I heard. Wrong genre. Go play FPS, RTS, MOBA if you want skill based.
Now isnt that nice? Why dont you make a video about what we should play? The GR mechanic is BAD! B A D ... try to understand that and stop telling us what to do!

let me just see if i have got this right, in times of old, you would tackle challenges that were slightly beyond you in order to get better and to make things a challenge, now your saying that i should just sit there gather up all this xp and loot until i over gear/overpower the level i am facing to the point i can just point and click and win with no effort required?

so then what happens when i have the best gear the game has to offer, and the highest level experience i can gather, and the best level gems i can get, am i still supposed to only play the content i "over gear" or am i supposed to push, and if it is the latter, the only way to do this is to fish for that perfect rift where i can actually have a chance of completing it in time due to density issues/bad guardian spawns.

Atm the current meta is this. And i agree with your that this sucks - the ladder challenge is overshadowed by the fact people bot/speedfarm paragon so they get inane levels and bruteforce the rifts up to high levels (which is now like 75+, and as i've seen draqhue and friends speedfarm 77).
This is a very core issue of the game right now. And easy/fast solution would be capping paragon for the seasons to 800 (arbitrary number) so both speedfarming and botting would lose a LOT of relevance, making the challenge much better.
However there will still be balance issues between classes (which need to be solved) and between rift composition since there will always be an optimal monster combo where you can kill them relatively fast and get decent progress. The fact people is skipping elites when some affixes pop explains a lot of the current state.
Lastly, it all depends on you if you want the challenge or to be efficient. Unfortunately these two options are mutually exclusive.
P.S: about my monk, i'm just trying to finish the seaosn journey. Since i have to do 3 conquests (did the GR40 without sets already) the "easier" to do are 6 gems to 50 and solo GR60. The fact is that in the time i have farmed to do the gems one, i will have enough paragon levels to try GR60 solo.
    gabynator did 83 today :D

If you need to do 100 stones to push 62 your last problem is rift itself. You should have spent those keys in farming more paragon levels and better gear. WIth those this 62 will not be 1 out of 100 but 100 out of 100.

    Basically this.
Monk in sig - can farm easily 50 and 55 can be a pain but i actually didn't try it much, though i think it's doable.
The point is that i have both low paragon and gems, so no need to push for higher GR until i can basically roll over them with more farming. Brute force approach > fishing (at these levels ofc; once reached the highest ones farming becomes senseless).

let me just see if i have got this right, in times of old, you would tackle challenges that were slightly beyond you in order to get better and to make things a challenge, now your saying that i should just sit there gather up all this xp and loot until i over gear/overpower the level i am facing to the point i can just point and click and win with no effort required?

Honestly you can have perfect char 100% and you wont be able to win over a rift full of flies, exorcist, little spiders and bile crawlers that sometimes will appear in a random cave :D That is the point of this topic. Fishing sucks and it is boring and annoying. I dont think anyone bought this game to enter and exit a game hundred of times.
