Just so no one is confused. The title of this thread is to describe myself.

I realize now how much of a douchebag I've been on this forum. I've personally insulted members who disagreed with me. And instead of letting my arguments speak for themselves, I resorted to personal name calling when I became frustrated and/or my arguments failed.

This is a great community. So great that I really cannot be a part of it until I learn to grow up a little. For now, I am off to a journey of self-discovery. I hope to see you all again when I am a better person.

Wow, I seem to have stirred up the hornet's nest of angry nerd youth. I'm happy to see you guys finally taking a stand for something, too bad the message just soared over your heads. Better luck next time, little kids.

Its funny that you call someone making the game you're raving about "filth". Sadly, everything I said is justified. Good for you MSPaint, good for you wanting to make sigs, but some of us don't work at Mc Donald's and actually do creative things. It is painful to see ignorant children rip that off. Filth of the internet...wow...ignorance must be bliss.

What is with all the fan art where people just rip off existing Diablo concept art, change the color (usually to something absolutely horrible) and opacity and make a sig or (even worse) a large-scale image from it? Fan art, fans in general, is a cool idea. I'm glad to see people so wrapped up in the story and immersed in the game but...don't ruin it by making sub-par mockeries of it. I think D3 is already taking enough flak for its art direction and those are skilled, paid professionals. Can we possibly lay off the amount of D-filth polluting the net?

Also, I looked at the guy who made the Tyrael 3d model. No, it isn't anywhere near professional quality, but if it were do you really think he'd be posting on this forum, or laughing at you guys from his modeling station at Blizzard HQ? At least he made it himself and didn't just plagiarize existing artwork.

Skill? Copying existing art from actual talent at Blizzard, messing with opacity sliders and ruining a great color scheme is now considered skill? Yikes...

I'm glad to see all the graphic design kids at the school I graduated from will still get jobs, at least color theory was mandatory at our school...
