Jul 13, 2008Bloodlust_Fox posted a message on Diablo III Thoughts From Ex-Blizzard EmployeeBarbarian is the most OP? Maybe, but after the 1.10 patch (enigma introduced) paladins were by far the most Overpowered. No debate. For proof just look at how many more HR's a pally torch is worth than a barb torch.Posted in: News

I loved fetishes though, who could hate them. They were pretty much "The Enemy" of A3.

Exactly my thought, also it is nice to have the CD and to be able to move it to different computers.

You can't play NPCs...
The idea of playing as an angel is much more plausible and interesting though. Maybe to replace the paladin?

(Abd al-Hazir is a renowned gentleman, historian, and scholar. He has recently taken up the unprecedented task of investigating, researching, and compiling information about the unique locales and denizens of our world)
at the bottom of one of the DIII entries I was reminded of someone who I had studied in world history: Ibn Battuta. The similarities between the two were astounding.
Ibn Battuta lived in the 14th century, when our world was much like the world of sanctuary (as far as way of life goes). Ibn Battuta was of Arabic descent much like Abd Al-Hazir is. Ibn Battuta traveled over 73,000 miles in his life time, exploring and documenting much of the middle east, southern europe, africa, and asia. Ibn was a scholar like Abd. His findings give us insight into a world that we may have lost in many respects, just as Abd gives us insight into the world of Sanctuary.
Here is his wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibn_battuta

Corpse explosion was one of the illest abilities ever. Innovative, and useful as hell.
