Who have said that? That's right, none. It's you who feel hurt, or so it seems, because someone else percieved it different than you did. I don't anyone is trying to tell anyone here that they're blind and lack a perception of things, atleast I hope so. In the end this all come down to opinions and definitions.

LOL he was joking. you know...a joke... ha... ha. Some poeple on this forum may god have mercy on thier souls. i swear.

Another complaint based on "Guessing" what the game will be like in 2010 or 2011.

Why don't you guys get together and design your own D3! Apparently your "opinions" will make a game better than Blizzard can make theirs.

really, where in hell do you pull these outrageous claims of a release on 2010 or even 2011!! two and a half years after announcment!! jesus christ get a clue

Im so mad with the way the attitude of making it a "fast paced" game is being implemented. Nothing wrong with fast paced, but the way in which they are doing it is resulting in the stripping of components of Diablo that make it what it is. Make it "easy", fast paced and brainless for all of us with ADD who can't pause every once in a while and regroup - that would cause us to lose focus and attention!

No, we must have seisure-inducing color flashes without stop to maintain our attention. We dont want any challenges. Even when you're just standing there, have the weapons spew lightning and flames, in case we lose focus of the game. Take away the slotted inventory.. that would challenge those of us unable to stack a shelf at home with books or pack a travel bag for vacation. God forbid you have to stop every once in a while and actually LOOK at the items you found. Honestly I am sick to my very being. Its like taking something precious and special, and trampling all over it. Blizzard I think used a team of WoW developers make this game. I understand their money came from WoW, but Diablo gave money for Wow to be started, too! The state of this game fails in so many aspects in my view.

The thing is, these things are deliberate changes on Blizzard's part, not accidents, or things that need more work, or the inability of their staff to implement things. They did this on purpose!!!

People say "inventory does not make Diablo" or "Graphics do not make the game", or "Diablo is not about this or that". But you know what? There comes a point where so many things add up that soon we are talking about a game on our hands that is _not_ Diablo. The scary thing is, a large number of people seem to not want a Diablo, but a World of Warcraft with the theme of Diablo. Maybe because people wish Blizzard made a World of Diablo instead (Diablo themed, but like Wow) ?

Personally I will keep watching what they do to the game, but as it looks, I think this title is not going to be something I play. The agony of it will render me unable to even look at it.

I, as a WoW player (thats right Ive been a longtime addict), wish WOW had never happened. It has spread into Diablo like a plague, a malignant cancer. We think Blizzard can't fail? Well for what its worth this is going to be one title that I will not have the privilige of enjoying.
Maybe I am overreacting, but the more I watch the gameplay video the more I feel this way.
I for one am not on the bandwagon of "even if they dont fix it i will still buy it"
This is just me though. I am sure many disagree, but just throwing out my thoughts on this for what they are worth. I cant not voice myself, its too much to keep inside!

LOL at you. YOU just like all of US have seen 20 minutes of gameplay. take a chill pill homie!

LOL this is the first real forum i have ever participated in, only becuase of my LOVE for the diablo franchise. But poking around here since the announcment, ive learned a few things. We all HATE each other LOL. We should take our "potential" ( and i really exagerate that potential ) monthly fee, rent out a warehouse, and just beat the hell out of each other, we'd all feel alot better.

No fee... Its a retarded idea... If there was a fee then I probably wouldn't buy it... I would rather spend my money wisely then on a video game every month.

same reason i do not play WOW and never will

when asked if an online subscription will be in affect for D3 battle.net , rob pardo already said that D2 will be very close to resemble D2 and SC2 battle.net, which means no subscription. End of this Thread. Thread Closed

Yes, I have reviewed the facts. I've reviewed points from both sides. What I've arrived at, however, is that:
    1. It is stupid to kill your baby if you were having casual sex and didn't use proper protection, but are still able to raise the child, and just don't "feel" like it.
    2. If you were raped and now bear a seed, abortion should be offered as an option, but not encouraged or discouraged.
    3. Society should not push it on a woman that having a child is good or bad.
    4. If you are financially unable to raise a child, you should be offered the choice of abortion, but not encouraged or discouraged to do so. There are plenty of clinics that offer all manner of material, clothing, food, etc. I happen to live just down the road from one called "Mercy Crisis Pregnancy Center", which, despite its religious meaning (which I do not encourage or discourage), it will still offer you everything it offers to those that are religious, even if you are not.
    5. The amount of past abortions since Roe v. Wade has caused the decimation of well over 40 million babies- that's a whole generation. Given, I'm sure a good portion of them are justifiable, but I'm also sure that the majority is just for reasons I pointed out in point #1.
    6. Due to the aftermath of point #5, it is reasonable to assume that, because abortion is partially funded by our government, and because the generation eliminated could have had jobs and paid taxes, it is partially responsible for our current financial predicament. Key word there is partially.
    7. If you aren't able to take care of a baby, just don't have sex. Simple point there.
    8. If you do (in reference to point #7), then use proper protection and morning-after pills, that way there is at least a good chance that nothing will come of it (unless, of course, you want a child.)
Your Point 5 & 6: I understand that stem cells are valuable and unborn children are a good place to find them, but the umbilical chord, I've heard, actually has an abundance of them, as well, and can be harvested after child birth without harming the fetus. Not very sure on this, though, so don't take my word for it. I'm actually going to go look it up right now, just to be sure I'm right on this.

Your Point 7: Just dont have sex? this sounds like bad parenting, true just dont have sex, but you can only blame bad parenting. Not abortion

    Edit--

    Here's some stuff on it:

    (Source: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1272/is_2701_132/ai_109085092/print?tag=artBody;col1.)

Not sure how reliable it is, but it does have some valid points.

just one thought, how could you blame the american deficit or any other worldy econimic problem on abortion, even if 40 million more babies had been born what would push you to think that THOSE children were better then previous generations. What would make THOSE children capable of curing desease or creating 40 million jobs and paying 40 million poeples worth of taxes, the truth is that point is invalid becuase there would just be 40 mil more homeless, or 40 mil more high school drop outs, or 40 mil more serial killers. there is NO information that states those aborted children would make it something big in this world that no one before them could.

posted a message on I'm sorry I doubted Blizzard and...
    Quote from "iWarSaw" »
So what- people are passionate about their opinions. nothing new there.

"Personally, I don't want to be affiliated with a change in art direction. Some of you would like to make the claim, "Yeah, we made that change happen," I'm sure, and while your opinion is valued, there are ways to go about it like a true, professional, diablofan would."

Wait... so your saying by some people voicing their opinion it makes them not a true, professional, diablofan? It kind of implies that they are being rude and from what Ive seen it quite the oppisite. Its the people who are defending blizzard that throws insults around and what not. "Personally, I don't want to be affiliated with a change in art direction." Do you imply those who want an art direction are rude and you dont want to be affiliated with them because of that fact? Or is it simply because of all the arguing? So some people posted their opinions then a lot of other people start insulting them defending fan blizzard and a few even call us so called "complainers" quite rude comments.

I also dont understand what your sorry for-an opinion? I really dont see the whole point of this thread. You want people to seek redemption and say sorry for having an opinion? Thats the only real thing I can understand coming from this post. I dont know why your saying sorry. So what now... should people accept you being sorry for having an opinion? I'm confused.

hes post was about bieng sorry for tearing diablo fans right down the middle, creating an arguement that should have never been created, just simply becuase of one persons oppinion. hes post is here becuase he is appologizing for poeple like YOU. poeple who want to take someones opinion and flame it till its burnt crisp.

I would hate it if they replace the necromancer with the witch doctor, the two characters that shouldn't be put out off the game are the barbarian and the necromancer. But well let's see how it goes, and yes when is the release date!

well the necro is gone so...
