I have a question about CPUs. I don't know much about the inside of a computer so when it comes to comparing CPUs, Video Cards, etc i'm dumb founded. So if a game requires a Intel core 2 Duo or Equivalent AMD as a minimum requirement, will a AMD Sempron 145 work?

Since they just released the crests for the classes in D3...i'm wondering if they are going to make crests for the older classes from D1 and D2. i hope i'm not the only one who thinks they should. if there is no news if Blizzard is going to create crests for the older classes, maybe we should request it.

my friend brought something up to me the other day and now it's pissing me off that i can't find what he's talking about. In the Sin War books (thinking its Scales of the Serpent) Uldyssian finds a woman in a stone...all i could find online is the name "Elise" but i'm not sure if that's right. i don't have the time to read the whole book just to find her. so, if anyone knows what page it's on i'll appreciate it.

I'm wonder, how can i find/view images like what is in the "Diablo Wiki" from my own D1 & D2 discs? the only ones i can find are in the support file under the folder named char in my D2 files, but they are a mixer of 12 characters. I've read that there are some hidden things that Blizzard never put into the game but left the data/images on the discs and i would like to see them. any help will be appreciated.

I can't speak for the other movies but the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was based on Ed Gein and the Wisconsin Massacre's that occurred from 1954 to 1957. The real story while different is no less whacked out, that guy was off his ef'ing rocker.

i don't know if the original TCM advertised it but i know the the newer version with jessica biel advertised it as true events, which were never true. Yes they based it off of ed gein, but ed gein did it alone (not with a family like the movie). Psycho and Silence of the Lambs were also based on ed gein. the character "Buffalo Bill" from Silence of the Lambs is based on ed gein. Mainly for the human skin suit. Norman Bates is also based on Gein for the mental issue dealing with his mother. there is a mover called Ed Gein (my dad had it on VHS) which tells the story of him. not quite sure how accurate it is but its closer then all three mentioned movies put together are.

i just watched "4th Kind" and that got me thinking. They should stop making movies and say that they are true when they are not. examples.... Texas Chainsaw Massacre, 4th Kind, Blair Witch. what's the point in saying that it real when eventually they are going to be proven false... I don't know about anyone else but that pisses me off. if the movie was inspired by true events then just say inspired by so and so. Like Texas Chainsaw Massacre should of said... inspired the story of ed gein (who was also the inspiration of Silance of the Lambs and Pshyco)

i downloaded X-men Legends 2 full game and it works great but there are a few things not right.

1: Cinematics don't work. they show up in a file but they seem not to be working
2: All dialog don't work. again they show up in the file but no dialog when there should be.

the movie and dialog files have .XMLB and .engb at the end. if anyone knows how to get these files to work please help. sorry i don't know what info to give but if u have any question please ask.

any news on when the new books are coming out? i heard that Knaak and other authors are writing more. are they going to release them before or after D3 comes out?

this might sound way out there but they could stop selling it cuz they r going to update the game with newer graphics (lets say like D3) but keep the game play the same and release it on an anniversary. this could be a reason but most likely it just my hope to see a classic game get an updated look yet still feels like the old game.

i perfer not changing browsers. explorer came with the computer and i never had a problem with it before on my old computers. the guy i got this one from said that it worked perfectly before but then it just started acting up (i got the laptop for free so i didnt get screwed).

i have windows internet explorer 7 on a laptop and some websites don't fully work. for example... i can't watch videos on youtube's website but i can watch youtube videos that are on other sites. yahoo can't look up images or videos and when i try to click on the blue text that should take me to a site it doesn't. its the same with bing and ask but google lets me look up images and websites but no videos. facebook doesn't load all the way. even this site isn't working right. in the top right corner where my screen name is the drop down menu is always down preventing me to use the search. other websites work perfectly. the problems are only on this computer cuz my friends lap top (using explore 7 and the same connection) doesn't have any problems.

if anyone knows how to fix this so explorer works normally please help. i don't know much about computers but if anyone needs more info i can try to give it.

I'm trying to make a 3d fantacy football helmet but i'm having a problem with the logos. I'm using gimp with a 3d football helmet but i can't get the logo to look right. i don't know if gimp has a 3d wrapping tool so i been just using the perspective tool but it's never coming out right. If anyone who knows the gimp program can help please do.

to all who mentioned that Avitar was crap... i always wanted to hear that movie flop. to bad it still made a crap load of money.

I just watched Rob Zombie's Halloween for the first time last night and it pissed me off. So i want to know what other movies you guys and gals think that should have not been made. They could be remakes or original. I do suggest you use well known movies cuz there is a crap load of low budget movies that should have never been made and is pointless to mention them. I'm going to start this off with the horror Trio... Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Friday the 13th.

Halloween: First off i love Zombie's music but I think that Zombie should not make movies. Zombie's Halloween might be more gory but the storyline was screwed up. It had no psycological effect on the viewers like the original did. Maybe if Zombie actually teamed up with Carpenter and made a sequal to the halloween movies instead of a remake then i would have a problem with it.

Nightmare on Elm Street: First i would like to say that i did and will not watch this movie. i grew up on the original and i say if Robert England isn't playing Freddy then its not A Nightmare movie. But from what i got from my sister, who did see it, the recently released nightmare movie completely changed the back story of Freddy...Spoiler...Freddy is now a child molester not a child killer before he gets burned.

Friday the 13th. I don't remember much about the new version of this movie because i think the movie like the other two are not worth remembering. The one thing i do remember is that Jason is the killer in the newer version and not his mother. like the Halloween movie it didn't have no psycological effect on the viewers.

I think that John Carpenter, Wes Craven, and who ever did Friday the 13th screwed up giving up the rights to these movies. I love gore in movies but some movies of old are still good without it. These new writers, directers, and producer should leave the classic movies be. Stop remaking movies and create your own. I say if you want to watch any of these movies first watch the originals. I'm pretty sure some people might disagree with me but remember this is just my opinion
