Best bet would be to join a WD loot share community or maybe even a clan. There are a lot of nice people out there that would be happy to share loot and even carry you in higher rifts. Doing fast NR death breath runs with a random group could also be an option.

Aithos, I do realize how data centers work. The point I was trying to make is I don't care what causes it. Although not everyone is affected by it, lag exists for a lot of people which is why there are so many of these posts.
When playing HC lag kills, so I usually try to stay clear of it until mid-season. Having less players does seem to lower lag, as there are still spikes on weekends, but generally it seems better now.
And as I've said before - good for you for not having lag.

First, I'd start by going over the Build section here and finding out what build you'd like to eventually play.
After that, there are more than a few loot sharing communities that would happily assist you in getting geared. There are a lot of players that wouldn't mind carrying you a bit until you can get your bearings.
You can try leeching lower torments until you start being able to run them yourself, but if you prefer to go at it solo it may take some time.

Cheers cyber_raven.. I remembered you came into the game last night.. I was sort of set back as you were following me but doing all the damamge, it was much appreciated.. I would like to find these loot communities as my stash is full of legendaries etc that I dont use anymore and not sure what to do with, same goes for crafting materials..

As for the legendaries - If they are under lvl70 I you can scrap them. Don't remember the last time I pulled a legacy item for some wierd build (maybe a 9AS WH...).

Hey man, you got me all wrong. I didn't mean to troll, i'm just jealous that they are better than me...
And the bad gameplay thing was also not meant as an insult. Some builds need to be played a little differently, and other people may have pointers that may change everything for you.
Your items and setup seem fine, you shouldn't have an issue with T6 splits.
It actually seems you got your SW so may come down to "bad" gameplay. Solution may be going on Twitch or Youtube and watching a little gameplay by people with no job...
I actually went back from BP7 to BP6 as it allows me higher damage output. My personal experience was that unless you are perfectly equipped, BP6 is more rewarding. The ability to add CHC, CHD and elemental% more then makes up for having less shots per second or 2 more sentries (Helltraper + Rucksack setup).
But check it out for yourself, see what works better with your equipment and playstyle...
Can also be achieved using a 1H Xbow when using T&T<48%. Note that its usually not really worth it unless its a Calamity or Bellfire for fire builds, or Helltrapper with lightning (cause of higher base dmg vs. IAS...).

I didn't read anything that states you have to win the match, just to play it with a friend...
It may be easier and quicker to go against high level AI (or however it works in HOTS) and let them destroy you in 2 minutes or AFK.
if that's true you, and a friend, may be done in half an hour.

Yup, I feel you man.
We were on a 4-man team yesterday and all 3 of my friends got kicked out of the game mid-GR and had to restart the app.
Of course this happened multiple times accompanied by lag spikes.
No idea how people are playing HC...

I've had MAJOR lags since S4, though it seems to be a lot better the last few days.
PC is a beast, lag and speed tests are all fine, even contacted my ISP to check noise on the line - fine.
All of you not having issues - good for you - but i'm not not going near HC this season until they fix whatever is causing this.
