Only have one gift(500+para and only one :( ) to use and im not quite sure which i should use it on. I know max fury is an important secondary since it gives hota cc if not id just gift the highest dmg one. If none of these are worth gifting i should just wait it out for a better GavelAnyways appreciate any help given

The 4013 one because U NEED LIFE PER FURY SPENT ON IT NOT 10% DMG.
For solo, yes. For group play with a support monk and/or barb, no.

posted a message on Is the game getting out of hand a little too quickly

    Hi User,

ZiggyD did a nice video about the rush at the start of a season :

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGWI8C3TPDo

He promotes the idea of not rushing over the Leveling and Gearing part, thus increasing the longevity of the time where every new item is exciting and opens a completely different style of play.

And he mentions another point, yes there are leaderboards, but no one has any advance of rushing trough everything now. Most of the time the highest leaderboard places will be settled at Season end, where some groups get their secrets builds and compositions out.

The only real advantage to rushing now is one having more chance to get into Top 1000 Rankings.

Maybe you should do GR LVL 41 instead of 43 (even if it's T12), for the ease of getting 41 keys over 43 keys.

posted a message on Unity.. whats your highest GR w/o double unity equipped?

Using 6pc Wastes, 2pc BK, Zodiac and CoE I managed to get 47 done solo, and 53 in a group. I had to run Amethyst in the head slot and diamonds in the armor to survive, so I lost quite some damage there. Furthermore my Paragon Level is <400 and my gems are ~30, so I might be able to do 50+ with a proper rift in the future.

P.S. I don't know if the Double Unity would even help me in my current situation. I would be able to switch out my diamonds for rubies, but I would still lose CoE (~50% Elemental Damage vs. ~15% more damage from rubies). But my problem right now isn't dieing, but rather the time spent on the Rift Guardian; I only died once in that 47 GRift (at the RG), but nearly failed the rift because the RG fight took so long.

Yes and no. If your 4 spells would do equal parts of your damage and are up all the time, then yes. But f.e. the Big Dog and Fetishes deal way more damage than Garg and Haunt. But it is still better to mix elements than to go purely physical.

Sorry to highjack this thread, really nice clear.

But I have question though, almost the whole duration of the video you had 10 - 20 FPS during fights, a problem I have had for ages ... I'm pretty sure you have a top end pc, mine is pretty decent, and Diablo is the only game where I have these FPS issues. If someone from ZE also had this problem, I guess there is no solution to this yet ? I only encounter this problem while in combat with a group of mobs. At one point I even thought the game was running on the integrated video card chip of my motherboard instead of the graphic card D:

It is the game's fault. I can play Dying Light, BF:H, Star Citizen Beta and numerous other titles on High/Ultra with 50-60 FPS, but when it comes to Diablo it looks like I don't even have a graphics card. But that is the same for every Blizzard Title out there, as soon as shit is going down, you drop to <20 or sometimes even <10 fps.

OT: Nice clear, now I just have to wait for the 5th to combine my Season Arlyse and Stun Bracers with my NS Serpent Sparker :)

The DPS of a weapon is irrelevant for FC Builds, what counts is the damage range. 3500-4300 on the Executioner vs. 3800-4450 on the Furnace. So you are gaining ~8 % min and 3 % max damage with the Furnace (even without the Elite Damage !).

I wish they would add Shoulders to the set, so we can use TnT or TMF/LMF in this build.

You could try FC with the lightning rune for SoH procs, and a TF/OS offhand. Or Devastator/Axe of Sankis with Fire.

posted a message on New Sets - New Inventory Management?

I think something similar to the void storage in WoW (I'm german so don't know what it's really called) could work.

You have a NPC in town which has a chest with infinite space, BUT you have to pay gold to store and retrieve items, gold cost increase for each item.

This would not only help with overflowing stash but could also be a gold dump for players who have millions and trillions of gold.

posted a message on Primary skills vs Reflect?
I guess the Proc Coefficient plays a role against reflect packs. Magic Missile/ (unruned) Poison Dart has a proc rate of 1.0 while Skills like Blizzard have a proc rate of 0.013. And since reflect doesn't reflect a percentage of your damage dealt but a flat amount since RoS, you will take more damage from a higher proc spell.

Why did you make a - between a and furnace, A-furnace? dafuq.

And also, obviously damage. And why dont you do it, apply a gift to it and TRY IT OUT YOURSELF. Its not the end of the world if it wouldnt be an upgrade now is it? Forumbaby
    Ancient Furnace.
And what's wrong with asking people for help ? Nobody forced you to answer or even read the thread.

And @OP, you should roll the Damage Range and apply a Gift (or wait for one to drop), I'm not quite sure about the Templar and TF, so rolling Cold or Arcane damage should do the trick. I would go for Cold, so you can use Calamity Teleport for 3 EE Stacks (or 4 if the TF works) thus allowing you to switch Glass Cannon to EE without losing damage.

Good job on these rifts, one question tho, why do you use EE if you have a Fire Damage Furnace ? Wouldn't it be a better to take Blur for 17% damage reduction instead of the 5% damage increase (and sometimes 10%, but only if you hit with calamity) ? Or do your Templar's Lightning Procs increase the EE stack to 2 making it a 10% bonus ?

And you seem to port offensively with calamity, did you try the Fracture Rune and how are your opinions on it ?

posted a message on [Guide] 2.1.2 T6 Firebird Wiz Max Efficiency
    Edoll,

yes you should switch. Firebird gives you enough damage to do T6, if you combine it with Dominance and kill stuff fast enough you should be fine. And yes, a RRoG is very handy cause it allows for either a Cindercoat, Magefist or some other stuff, so your first thing to do after putting F6 on should be to farm a RRoG.

posted a message on Running out of things to do
My situation is that I have a Barb that is perfectly capable of handling T6 and can do GR30 as of right now. But my other 3 friends are having a hard time finding set pieces or even any good legendaries, especially as of late. It feels like the drop rate has slowly gone down over time. Regardless, all that we do is regular rifts because that is what they feel most comfortable doing, but I can TELL that they are getting tired of the game because they are not progressing very much anymore. Should Greater Rifts be a higher priority so that they can level up LGems? I don't know if you get more legendaries/sets from Greater Rifts now or not. Overall, I guess I'm really frustrated that all the game has to offer is bounties, rifts, G.rifts and they seem to be losing interest...

If anyone has any tips of what to do to mix things up or what you find to be most entertaining, please let me know.
    Thanks.
Regarding your question about Legendary Drops, GR yield more Legendaries per hour, but lesser XP.
If you are just farming legendaries/sets, the best thing to do is :
Start in Adventure mode, fail a Trial to obtain a lvl 1 key.
Open up the lvl 1 GR and kill mobs until you reach ~90-95 %.
Leave out 3 or 4 mob groups at the start so you can kill them later.
You should remember the time that is left so you dont waste the key (anything under 4:30 just gives 1 keystone lvl upgrade).
Teleport back and go complete the bounties as far as possible.
Come back when the timer hits 4:30 and kill the left out mobs and the Rift Guardian.

This way you can reuse a single keystone more than 20-25 times (depending on how far you can reach) and gain a good amount of legendaries.
