No, Ramaladni's Gift is an item in the bags.
As for other questions. VRL was right, you can reroll legendary item in cube and it could be an ancient/primal. The other thing is you can reroll one primary stat on weapon to get socket (visit the Mystic in town). Sometimes when I got new weapon and no Ramaladni's (beginning of season:P) I take the less useful stat, change it into a socket and when RG drops I simply change socket do something good (ex. 10% damage) and add socket via RG.
Hello, to be blunt at the beginning I don't think Blizzard will implement any major changes in D3 But as we are here... I agree with most and adding to previous post:
13) Visible timer on rifts
And I mean every single rift. Greater or normal. Especially when you want to do timed run (TX 2min or T13 4min). Damn, I would be good to know if it goes well or if you fail and you could check how bad you failed (1 sec or 30 sec) without using stopwatch...
14) Timed boss fight (ex. Season Journey Malthael, Belial etc.)
Hmn... I played every class so far. But definately the barb leads. Jumping, charging, whirling, crushing! Absolutly love the way of the barb. DH, Monk, Wiz, WD are very decent tho and it feels good to change play style sometimes to other class. Oh, btw... I hate crusader... it is so blank, boring, etc. Crusader is like the city of Westmarch
The idea itself is quite interesting. I'm not sure about some of the bonuses (havent do the math ;)), but I think I would consider adding second perk from higher level. Level 50 is too easy to achieve via Haedrig's Gift. I think maybe 75 would be more appropriate, because its not that easy (I'm a noob I know) and it takes some time to achieve. And some lazy people (like me) ends the season when completing the season journey (GR70 usually) and 2nd bonus from level 75 could make me try a bit harder
If you log on into american servers you should press "ESC" or choose "Game Menu" from buttons at the bottom, then press "Logout". You will be at the login screen where you can change Options -> Account -> Server Region Selection.
Then you log into your 2nd and 3rd, or 4th account.
PS: I think that change should be saved after you leave game so no need to do it everytime.

I'll try something new to start with this season. Probably DH or Wizard. Something to end Season Journey quite fast.
