      • Greater Rifts
        • Players who die in solo Greater Rifts can now choose to immediately resurrect. When choosing this option, the time remaining on your death timer will be removed from the remaining Greater Rift time and your cooldowns will be advanced by the same amount.

So, what happens if you pick a pylon just before dying and instantly resurrect?
Will you keep the full duration of the pylon? or do they subtract from that buff timer too?

posted a message on 6% crit chance vs 50% crit damage (Singled out passive)

You can try to use http://d3resource.com/critcalc/
Just fill in your "current stats" (CHC and CHD), I think "Item Choice" starts on 6% CHC and 50% CHD by default.

Based on what your wrote, CHC seems to be better.

This https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tWmhUywIDA was posted on the frontpage today, obviously this is a non-ancient Furnace vs Ancient devastator + firebird source, but still, getting an ancient furnace with the right stats seems to be rather rare atm.

How about a well rolled Furnace vs well rolled Sunkeeper (30% elite damage) and a well rolled Firebird's Eye (20% fire damage)? is that really so big difference from a Furnace?

No need to increase torment levels. As people are saying, grifts kind of fulfill the "more challenge" purpose.

However, there's alot of stuff Blizzard could do to further diversify the current Nephalem Rift-game, such as allowing rift keys to be enchated. I made a thread about this like a week ago, among other ideas, that could make T6 more challenging from time to time - but foremost - more varied and with added longliveity.

If you're interested in reading the thread you can check out my profile for the thread-link.

GRs pretty much solves the stated problem. Scalable difficulty based on your character's level.

For me, personally, doing using GR as substitute for higher Torment levels doesn't feel the same, just a feeling.
Maybe it's the timer, even though you can ignore the timer, it's always there, ticking, making you feel like you're under pressure, that's just me perhaps, but I don't want to rush/stress through a rift.
Maybe it is the fact that no loot drops (except for the Rift Guardian ofc), no goblins, no gold.
And it is really somewhat annoying to do the damn trial rift for every GR you wanna do >.<
Can't quite put my finger on it, but it just doesn't feel the same.

posted a message on After patch 2.1.2 AC:Prophet procs before Indestructible
Since patch 2.1.2 I've noticed that the Akkarat's Champion rune Prophet now procs before Indestructible passive.
pre-2.1.2 it used to be the other way around, Indestructible first, and then Prophet, anyone else noticed this?

There was nothing about this in the patch notes and is it a good or a bad change? what do you guys think?

...but at lvl 40 i get 3-5 legendaries from the boss, which is kinda in line with T6 in 15mins when i solo and at least i need to fire more than a spell to kill a pack.

Obviously this is a lot of RNG, but from ONE T6 Rift I've gained 17 legendaries, which you will NEVER see from a Rift Guardian in Greater Rifts.
On the other hand, on very rare occasions I've received 0 legendaries in a T6 run, but that happens very rarely, as i said, RNG.
And IF there ever will be a T7 or whatever, it will most likely have even higher Magic Find bonus from that difficulty (T6 having 1600% IIRC).

Managed to get a 41 key as Condemn Crusader, that's my best so far.
As for other classes I don't know, I would imagine that barb is quite good.

Nothing really has changed. Rift density is fixed finally, ancient items are boring, also not very rare at all. I don't play a monk, but I do know they got some major fixes. For me, I got depressed and bored in about an hour after playing. It's the same exact scenery, game play(rifts and Grfits) and loot all over again.
    - Ancient items may not be "rare" per se, but getting that one right item, with the right stats? that will be somewhat rare, I've been playing ALOT since the launch of 2.1.2 and received a decent amount of ancient items, but only http://i.imgur.com/yLbv0yl.png has been useful.
I've been having fun for 2 straight days now after the patch.

    - Kinda agree a bit on the Conduit though, It feels like it doesn't do any damage at all. Update: They hotfixed/buffed the conduit again.
    - The new Treasure goblins are amazing! although quite a click-fest when you get a goblin pack. (They should enable auto pick-up for mats and gems!)
    - DH's almost seem to be too strong compared to other classes. (Most of the time when I join community goups, 3/4 of the party = DH's - almost all the time.)

    Quote from Gorok»
Is this a reflection of the current ptr patch, a Blizz announcement or a shot in the dark?!
I know of no reason why the new sets won't make it into the game.
They will make it into the game, just not for Season 2 / Patch 2.1.2.
Pretty sure they confirmed it - "The new Set items shown during our BlizzCon panel are currently designed to be available to all heroes, regardless of whether they are Seasonal. That said, I do want to clarify that these items will not be coming in patch 2.1.2; they’re scheduled to arrive in a later patch (no date to share just yet)." (source @Post #90))

Aye, I might give it a go in S2, especially with all the new sets. Wish they would offer more for playing it. The season set for example looks super bad in my opinion, and a cooler transmog would have me covered. We shall see in the future.
IIRC the new sets won't make it into Season 2 >.<
