New Rule: No posting old Diablo art mashed up into the teaser screens and renaming the image ice6.jpg...it doesn't become you.

Darkeh I can appreciate your sig as much as anyone, but you are single handedly making this forum NSFW and it makes me a sad panda :(:(:(

MicahMatthew, I'll be honest with you. You sound like an acceptionaly hard working guy, and most people aren't willing to put in extra work and would rather be a victim. So kudos to you. That being said you went from quasi-impressive teenage entreprenuer to an out of touch kid with major entitlement issues when you brought your dad/step-dad/friends dad into the equation. Fact of the matter is your step-dad pays you better than any other employer would for someone your age. Also probably not unfair to say that he bank rolled (either directly or indirectly by setting you up with the cush job) the whole t-shirt thing. You are enabled by his success, not because making money is just that easy. Saying so cheapens what he's done to set you up to succeed. So next time your trying to impress strangers on the internet, leave free passes given to you by family and friends out of it if you want to be taken seriously.

I've wondered how difficult it would be to recreate the original Diablo in flash or something. That would pretty much kill any of my remaining productivity at work

Ah, I was unaware of the connection. So Paris is to D2 as Korea is to SC?

That was never the argument. The argument is that it is more likely that they will announce it at the WWI, for the simple, but obscure, facts that it is conspicuously held on the release date of the Diablo games and that it is in Paris. As for an absolute statement, I don't think anyone that has properly thought through the whole scenario has given the situation a definite yes, just said it was very likely.

Glad to see that argument has so much fact in it :)

What's the significance of it being in Paris, did I miss something?

This one was enough to bring me out of squatting and actually in to the conversation. I've been playing D2 in spurts since release and am super happy to have found a community that is still active and devoted to the game. I'm just as excited/hopeful for a D3 announcement as everyone else, but to protect my hopes and dreams I remain a skeptic on this one.

Can anyone confirm (by way of actually having been there) that last year Blizzcon devoted one hall to WoW and one to SC2? Until I know for certain that that was the case I'm still chalking the extra hall up to WoW's mad popularity.
