Saw another email telling me my password has been changed.
Told blizzard it wasnt me, so they locked my account.
Then i find out ive got a cunt of a virus called Trojan-PSWOnlineGames
Its a badass keylogger - records passwords for everything. And worst of all i cant get rid of it. Ive tried every virus/malware/spyware scanner you can think of. Some dont detect the virus, and the ones that do cant delete it, and if they do, its back again next time i open the computer. Ive tried using regedit, ive tried using cmd, nothing works.
After hours of research I learn the best way to beat it is to reformat. And my hardrive has been dying terribly lately, im due for a new one and some more ram. So ill do that real soon.
Now my problem is, Blizzard want me to complete their shitty "Account Retrieval Form" and fax it to them. Uh, sorry, live in aus, and i dont have access to a fax machine let alone one that can send things internationally.
So my problem isnt at Blizzards end, its at mine, yet they wont let me play again until i sent them that damn form to "prove its my account".
Ugh. Im pissed. I was on a role too. Lvling nice and fast.
FUCK.
