That Doesn't look like a penguin to me. Penguins don't have talons. That thing has wicked talons. Oddly, the talons are on the "wings" of the evil bird creature. I still don't get it. Hopefully all will be settled.

Ok just a thought Blizzard code names all there projects correct? Does anyone remember what past code names have been ive seen them before but dont remember what they were. I think that hydra is simply code name used for a "secret project" and thats all. If my memory serves me correctly i believe blizzard uses all greek mythology when selecting these names aswell.

There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, good for you. What you have to understand though, is that there's people that are living on their own, with real bills to pay; including rent.
AMEN i have a $1400 a month mortgage 2 $400+ car payments a 2yr old and a damn expensive wife. Now that being said 15$ a month is still well within my abilities to earn even if it isn't included in my current salary. I don't know i guess i could whore myself out 3 times a month for 5 bucks a pop that would work right?
Well i think they'll continue to use B.net for their games.. SC 2 is going there, and i think D3 and WC 4 will be too
Ok then my question has got to be if they are indeed planning to use Battle.net does that have the ability capacity wise to sustain a "Larger" scale world with thousands of players interacting in real time. Isnt WOW on a different network system? So using that logic Diablo 3 would not be a pay to play if it were on battle.net right?
They aren't patching the graphics.... lol. They patch code, which is coding in C probably which they still have software for because they use C in their new games.

Considering im 100% sure blizz has gotten new computers since diablo II I'm pretty sure they actually don't have the same software they used for diablo II anymore. They probably get new computers every year, and why would they reinstall old software?
Then how are they patching the existing diablo 2 LOD games?
I wonder how they are gonna burn up the next 3 days on the teaser? If all 3 franchises are now represented they are going to have to lean towards one aren't they? I guess that is unless they just put one more of each on the teaser before its all over with.
War is right that image was fan art that was for LOD. Why its being used here and the relevance of it is beyond me. All i know is that i remember seeing the image a LONG time ago on the site while thumbing through info about the upcoming expansion.

There is a very real possibility that this will be a pay to play game . Unless imo they use battle.net for the online play.
