I find three Uniques an hour in Torchlight 2, and it's way more exciting than loot in DIII. They need to stop worrying about balance and the AH and start worrying about how fun it is to find Uniques everywhere, even if we don't use them.Quote from UberMey

just take some time to farm now ... lets say I hope to find 3 legendary a week instead of 2 (I know rng is rng) but, you know what I mean eh ... just keep farming and you will find =P

I also can't see any text in the quote box in shootingbull's post nor the blizzquote in Aldrek's post. Again, the problems went away once I disabled AdBlock+ but normally I don't need to. /shrug
Your AdBlock is probably blocking the chuck of HTML that displays the colored text. That's how those things function. Try adjusting the settings for the site and see if the text pops up again. -

I thought Blizzard said a while back that most players will quit after Normal? So...rather than letting everyone play around with rank 1 runes and at least see the various effects you aren't going to let them see them at all?

1. Infinite dungeons/other fun little things.
2. Actually being able to find upgrades without using the AH.
3. Better follower AI. I would be happy with just them waiting for me to attack something before they attack it.

Maybe I can set up a worldwide scavenger hunt to find them all, where one clue leads to five more. That would be fun.
Then again, by the time I die we might have something better than passwords. Oh well.

Keep in mind the minimum price, $0.25, translates into anywhere from 50,000 to 250,000, depending on the price of gold in dollars. Anything you can get on the gold AH for less, or even a little more, won't sell on the RMAH.
The less gold costs, the more $0.25 is worth, and the more expensive something will have to be to actually be worth selling on the RMAH. If 1 million gold costs $1.00, $0.25 is worth 250,000 gold. If 1 million costs $5.00, %0.25 is worth 50,000 gold.

Not getting guaranteed rares though, unless they forgot to tell us something, is a bug and needs to be reported/fixed ASAP. If you're 100% sure it's not working correctly, tell someone at Blizzard. Open a ticket. Check out the official forums to see if anyone else is experiencing the same.

Your damage could be better, but it's not too low. Again, if you're having trouble surviving, more damage won't do much.
I think Life on Hit would do wonders for you, considering you have none. Do you have any means of health return? I would never advise running with no way to regain health.
