Chanon bolter... BIS for end game tier 6 and 25+ greater rifts hands down.... kridershot is garbage as elemental arrow takes up a third "hatred spender" in your skill layout which your sentries wont cast.
Optimal skill layout is Multishot - ClusterArrow - Sentry - Vault - Companion - Spike Trap (if chanon bolter) or a defensive cooldown
if you dont have hexing, you want to spam cluster on sentry cooldown times..
Krider is hyped way up because it offers a way to feel like your breaking the game.. but put numbers to paper, and you will be gimped the second you walk into a game w/ Real t6 sub 6 DH's

This is entirely a silly conversation by the OP and many of those who care to debate the troll... as a DH w/ 6 min T6 times, a sentry build w/ CDR stack is the end game.. and was intended given the set bonus and rarity.. i mean think about any other class.. you get a full set, and are intended to use the full set bonus as the core of a T6 build.. This change has primarily affected T2-T4 DH's rocking a cap crimsons/magefist/cindercoat combo because it will let them have infinite hatred..Did I use this before i was geared enough to go sentry?, sure... but did i ever for one second think that having infinite hatred by using multishot and punishment was intended.. no... Get a chanon bolter and a calamity.. switch off depending on the situation... rock out a 5 piece mara + RROG and hexing or magefist.. and run a sentry build because it took you a long time to complete your end game set.. dont try to go against the natural flow of what end game should be by saying that your precious cinder/cap/magefist combo was the intended BiS items for the T6 sub 10 min DH.. thats just silly, and knowing how much i worked for my mara set and my gear, i personally take offense to those who believe their non sentry builds are intended to be a viable option over a full mara bonus.. thats like playing an MMO and saying that your non raid toon should be able to compete w/ fully equipped raid level gear.. sheesh...

posted a message on Show me your T4-T6 DH builds (gear and abilities)
I have gotten my T6 times (on high density no act 5 mobs) down to 6m 46s... I really need a xiph ammy in order to shave off the extra time as T6 thunderstorm will destroy most DH's. The chanon bolter is about the best item i have come across in game next to my calamity, but the 20% mark bonus is typically only good when you have a group full of other DH's or heavy damage dealers (as the damage the chanon bolter's sentries do is much more than the calamities.. talking 25m crits on the calamity, to 50+ on the chanon).. Things to watch out for below, a lot of the time constraints rely heavily on luck...All comments below are based on T6 play, T5 or below should never be compared to T6 (its a much bigger jump).
1.) Double thunderstorm elite packs (2 elites w/ the same thunderstorm affix), Thunderstorm Jailers, Frozen Jailers, or a combination of thunderstorm and another jailer elite pack - these are just messy and can be a brick wall when trying to go for time.... No way around it without a xiph ammy and even then, jailer/frozen is just as bad.
2.) Anarchs - these things hurt very badly... cannot survive a rift packed with them without my chanon bolter's taunts.. Good luck if you encounter an elite pack of these as they can 2-3 shot me even with 11m toughness.. not to mention if you have anything over a 500ms ping, you will pretty much always take 2 to the face before you can react...
3.) Act 3 barracks maps - This map is horrible as the walls prevent movement.. throw in even a single frozen elite pack and an entire hallway can be covered in frozen causing you to have to vault or smokescreen all the way out of the room..
4.) Morter - best way to avoid these is to play close to mobs, and then vault THROUGH the pack when you sense an incoming attack (avoid running away.. it just never works).
5.) Stack CDR instead or RCR, RCR wont even remotely compare to an extra turret in an elite fight.. you want your Turrets on a sub 3 second cooldown..
6.) My opinion on this one.. phys is better than fire w/ hexing pants.. fire is better than phys without... if you want to plant sentries and run around (in my opinion more survivability) then go hexing + rrog.. if you like standing still and casting CA, then go cinder + rrog.. tasker is NEVER better... on that note, the phys build will allow your 2nd hatred spender "multishot" to take advantage of your % increase, while if you go fire, you will supplement that % increase by using your own CA's. Just remember... the gear for either is a commitment, and getting both sets will take time.. so try to choose one and stick with it until you have all the gear you need.. DONT FLIP FLOP or you will not progress as you intend to...

posted a message on what to reroll if at all on marauder's gloves
Reroll resist all into crit chance, the cooldown reduction is sexy for a nice sentry build.. folks done like rucksack because the sentries go out to slow (CDR solves that issue). I had mine roll with resource cost reducton and they suck..
on that note, sentries are your ticket to T6 times going down, so push the mara gear towards that if you can...
Dont use me as TOO much of a "benchmark", but i can clear T6 in sub 10 min so i feel my DH is headed in the right direction.

Fire builds are honestly great for those who havnt gotten to T6 sub 10 yet.. try to get their with a fire build and you need to get lucky with the packs, density, and way to many other things to make fire > phys.. phys turrets are by far the DH end game for anything efficient in T6.
How so unless you're using Guardian Turrets for survival.
Death, you have a sub 10 min T6 run w/ a fire build?.. I have never seen one...

Running T&T without a phys build is basically ditching 20% to all fire damage for 50% of the base attack speed.. that math doesnt add to TnT being better for a fire build at all..

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/bigsquirrel-1117/hero/8399167 Phys is by far better than Fire for sentry builds only.. what I mean is, if you are the one spending hatred to kill things.. fire > Phys.. if your sentries are the things killing everything, Phys > Fire.. I have sub 8 min T6 runs and w/ a harrington buff i crit for around 100m per second. That being said, a few thoughts on your build. Garwulf is kind of messy in terms of T6 viability as it puts your pet crits in the front of a mara chest (which will allow you to equip hexing pants or T&T). The main Mara requirements are boots, chest, shoulders, helm, and then either pants or hands depending on if you have hexing or T&T. Not to mention wolfs only crit for around 10-20m under the best conditions. I would also drop the helltrapper completely and go for a Rucksack.. on T6 you are going to want the Vit, and for high density rifts, the extra 2 sentries will allow you to blow the doors off of the proc rate on the trapper. Also ditch your dex gems on your cloak for diamonds, and then toss the pants into royal emeralds.. start to live without the dex on your chest.. you will need it for T6.. and in all honesty, you need to be able to take lightning elites without dying (all resists > than damage).. I would really go for some hexing pants.. while moving myprofile dps goes up to 1.25m not including elite or phys bonuses.
