This is an undeniable proof for D3 X-II (if not a troll) which might hit the shelves soon, and D4 -even if announced- will take at least-3 years to complete anyway. So getting an announcement for both is still a possibility.

Vengeance provides 40% damage increase and is also multiplied by the 600% from 6pc. It is a huge portion of the Marauder set's damage output (not mentioning toughness since Visage of Gunes is flexible for this set).
It is critical to have a guarranteed 100% uptime via Dawn+ ~36%cdr.
Zodiac ring will bring nothing but inconsistent vengeance fall-offs which might have a range up to several seconds. You might get away with it in speed runs, TX, but the shift in itemization will not end up well most of the time above a certain level of difficulty.

..aaand starve hatred because you have abandoned 40-50% rcr and your generator while inflating your attack speed only to stay short of the 50% MS attack speed you just have abandoned..
You can't replace YR bow, you can't replace Dawn in cube, you can't abandon +2 sentries, there's no real gain or choice at all.

6 native slots + 10% on weapon + belt with cdr will net 66%. Gogok gem gives 15% cdr at full stack. So forget what I said before..

You can abandon Dawn if you have max cdr on each and every possible slot. Maybe even swap one of the gems to Gogok. Then you will have room for Rucksack+DML+YR Bow. But I doubt it's worth over a pure CA build.

Quivers are categorized under weapon slot in cube.
Why try to attach MS to Marauder while there's already a strong set maxing out the skill? Current NS rank1 is UE/MS build btw..

Basically bombsack is going to exclude your original shots and only affect sentry output (although it will add +2 sentries).
DML is going to affect the original shot therefore sentries will duplicate that shot.
You can't carry 3 rocks with 2 arms, Dawn is indispensible, therefore cube is reserved. There's no choice there..
MS can't compete with CA, it might have enough output for TX and low rifting though..

-A useful HFA should be your top priority.
Ubers are indicated with purple arrows in minimap now, so it is almost free and essential upgrade.
-You should have these five passives:
Awareness / CtW / TotH / Ballistics / Ambush
-Not using BotT gem is a huge dps loss.
Thrill of the hunt+Bane of the trapped is a powerful combo for UE set.
-You might use Cindercoat in cube for more MS uptime and be able to swap rcr into cdr for perma-vengeance on some slots
-And make sure to have ~35% cdr for vengeance 100% uptime
Above all these; You don't have the ideal items worth augmenting for most slots. So, since you are investing so much gold and time in upgrading gems, you should be more picky and save your gems for later. I'd say, do not rush this process, instead focus on requiring better versions of your build items first.

There are 2 class specific and 5 possible non-DH dagger types which have extremely low chance of showing up while upgrading rares (there are a few more which can be crafted or pop up from cache). You can be confident that you will ~100% get either Karlei's Point or Lord Greenstone's Fan.

dps is not necessarily an issue nor priority below tier 65 difficulty. Endless Walk is primarily suggested for its toughness feature. Plus it totally removes the need for a generator. Btw Marauder setup is the least mobile of all DH builds with the help of sentries, pets, etc.

If you ask me, with all new buffs you don't really need any dot/stacking or ramping up gems for tx or less than tier 60 difficulty. So get the BotP or esoteric gem. You might also drop F+R set for Endless Walk. The top end gear is not really required for mid-end farming. Prioritize survival and mobility.

Bane of the Trapped / Zei's Stone / Bane of the Stricken is an alternative combo. If you can manage to skip trash, Bane of The Powerful is also viable.

It should work for TX and up to tier 60 difficulty, but Dawn in cube is indispensible beyond that, because perma-vengeance is a huge dps/toughness/resource increase. Which leaves you without the DML quiver..

Natalya is the biggest AD itself, with coming patch you won't have that many slots available for AD (ideally) anyway. All DH builds have an obligation to use vengeance skill, for a huge dps & dr increase, and with 65% cdr to the skill via re-designed Dawn xbow (equipped or cubed according to the build)
you are going to have to get ~36% cdr from gear+paragon to raise the vengeance uptime to 100%. What is left is pretty much reserved for either damage or toughness stats..
