Yes, getting a lot of rubber banding, although my ping is 'steady' at 105-150ms. Didn't have this issue before 1.0.3, or at least not every few minutes like I am now. There's less people playing, thus less stress on the servers. This shouldn't be happening.
I hope that 1.0.3 is well received by the D3 community and will show us that Blizzard is working on making the game what we gamers expect.
1.1 can take as long as they like as long as they put in additional content, fix the imbalances (further) in the classes and with the game, and drops. PVP will be fun for those that enjoy it, but I suspect it will be a small percentage of the D3 community. Perhaps dangle some carrots to get more players into PVP, such as gear upgrades, or additional achievements may help make it popular.
I don't expect 1.1 before Sept or October, possibly November. We'll see additional patches and hotfixes all paving the way to make the game even better.
Public games, full of inconsiderate players who don't give a shit about anyone else but themselves. Group with friends or people you trust, must easier that way.
Come to think of it, 'nerf' isn't the correct term to use when they hotfix a farming spot. Nerf was originally used when Blizzard made the game easier, softer, as in a nerf football. Because a gold farming spot has been removed, nerf'ing does not apply. "hotfixed" would be a more accurate term.
Age has nothing to do with playing an M rated game. Maturity is a much more reasonable measure by which you can gauge someones readiness to play an M rated game. Violent games do not incite aggressive behaviors in a child or adult unless they have a pre-existing condition or a mental incapacity to understand that this is fictional and doing this is real life is wrong.

This spot works well. I also run down into Old Tristram and check out the cellar and well at the bottom left of town. The well is full of gold and the cellar usually has a chest to open, and sometimes has a goblin or champion for you to fight to get more loot.

Sorry to hear about your loss, op. Many players and people that use computers daily are too trusting of the simple security they think comes from just having a virus/malware scanner installed. Truth is, there are 1000's of viruses/keyloggers and malware out there that have not been, and won't be detected by your scanning software.
The best and only protection is to use an authenticator. Either the one that Blizzard sells, which I have, or the free one you can download to your mobile phone. Have your Blizzard games request the keycode each time you login to your account or game. Sure, it's a pain in the ass, but so is logging in (if you can) only to find out you've been hacked. A little time and effort protecting yourself will save you days of headache and frustration.
