Alright looking at this lets start with neck as example you need Ele% damage on all of your gear possible. If you wanna go fire/lightning barb w/e you prefer pick one. First you need it on your neck reroll the avg damage to ele%.If you are going fire build try to get a Cindercoat and a fire weapon there are 3 you can get.If you have the reapers raps for bracers you can get those if you like they are nice for your build.You can also get Andariels Visage with ele damage if you ever find one.Try to get some boots with WW% damage if you can replace those.I cannot stress how much %damage matters for a barb.Also any barb set pieces will help alot .GL.
