    I hope they have a large beta phase, so things like this can be sorted out, i personally would decline to beta test diablo 3, as being a beta tester largely ruins the finished product, the first play through is always what matters the most to me, and to waste that on something unpolished is meh, so if you guys was offered to beta test d3 would you? And do you guys consider beta a % of the progress?

    where did this 4 players to a game stat come from... lol havent they already said it would be 8+... and i doubt they would release the game and then release a pvp option... i think theyll finish before putting out a half assed agme..

    Balance because one class obliterates more than another? You mean like a hammerdin in a baal run, what if the hammerdin had to run around and couldn't remain stationary he ain't as usefull as a meteorb sorc then imo, i see where you are coming from if you mean in these terms, but each class is usefull in certain areas and none can dominate another (excluding immunities, which we both know won't be in D3).

    Unless you are thinking in balancing PvE dmg in WoW terms? There is no mass balancing to the classes in diablo 3 i guess, they all are designed to inflict maxium carnage and look as cool as possible whilst doing it, thats the point of diablo 3, sure aslong as a class doesnt have a move that is basically .killall then its ok, im sure anything thats massively OP in those terms will be ironed out in alpha/beta etc.

    The only way i can see your point being correct in terms of "Balance" is not having abilties overlap with one class and another, which is why they are narrowing down the classes and giving them all a unique and carefully created feel.

    Anywho I say diablo 3 is at 60-70% at blizzcon time, and hopefully a release from mid-late 2011, im hoping we see SC this year as that bodes very well for diablo 3 for a 2011 release.

    Don't quote me on this but didn't one of the devs say something like if SC team hadn't already claimed wanting to launch with Bnet 2.0 first they would probably release before them? Anyone else remember hearing that? or am i just going loopy.


    yes i mean exactly like a hdin in a baal run or every other aspect of the game... hdins were necessary for everything... best duelers... best mfers... best lvlers... best rushers... most powerful all around character.... 4.5-5k life on most with anywhere between 12 and 17k hammers... and no immunities to anything a hdin does... yea thats what i mean by not balanced... and they cant just do away with pvp... pvp is anything and everything in d2 nowadays... thats the primary factor in d2s replayability... and think of the number of people who will want to pvp in d3... like me and the 20,000 other kids on d2 dueling right now...and no i dont remember hearing that... just me tho...

    30-40 percent.... there is no way they are even close to having the classes balanced out with complete skill trees without having one other class dominate over the other in pvm... that takes alot of time to get worked out because so many different builds and bugs... then theres the whole matter of pvp... max 40% most likely 30%ish

    not every runeword is still there... many have been removed such as "ith" mostly runewords have been added... a soj is a stone of jordan... plus one to all skills plus 20% mana and like 1-20 lightning damage... and to find crafting check the d2 archives on this site...

    Cuz in Version 1.11 Bone Rune Word needs 3 socket body armor+Sol+Um+Um.

    no the bone spear will not work... he either misstated or didnt know... old runewords dont work... just look at the runewords for 1.12 to get a complete list... ill give u a link in a sec...
