There is no option except getting the Sunwuko set as soon as possible.
Run T2/T3 rifts in group to get enough shards to gamble for the set, pretty easy.
The 4-piece or 3-piece with RoRG is way superior than any other skills/items available to monk: immediate 3500% weapon damage to nearby enemies.
The other set of 6 pieces (1000 Raiment?)is harder to collect, yet it just offer 3000% weapon damage in a less reliable manner triggered just by dashing strike. Along with almost BIS light gear, there is no problem for T6. But it is still less effective than just 4-piece Sun + Flying dragon.
Eh, for just T6 many builds are totally viable. Pure Light, Cold or Fire builds with the right gear can farm T6 just fine. Now, for GR progression, that's a different matter..Sunwuko is pulling pretty madly ahead there atm.
Hello fellow crusaders, any advice that you can give on my build/set up ? I'm currently breezing through t3 and t4 seems kind of slow. But I feel looking at my stats that I should be doing at least t5. I'm still working on my Akkarat set, only 3 pieces so far. But the rolls aren't that great and it's a 100k+ damage decrease. Though I'm not sure if I'm going by that number too religiously. Help is appreciated!
You're mostly lacking % Holy damage increases, notably from neck and ring (SoJ would greatly boost you), possibly from Shield (consider crafting a Hallowed Barricade and gambling for a Jekangbord) and I would also recommend gambling for weapons - there are many better ones out there.
You also have plenty of options to gain far more useful set boni - Asheara's, Aughild's, Born's - your chest, gloves and shoulder especially can easily be replaced with average rolled pieces from these sets (I recommend Aughild).
Even without Finery you'll usually want to stack Rubies over Diamonds, unless you're really, really hurting for AR.
Play it by ear and see how you do as you go. Feeling squishy? Socket some AR, drop Finery (Holy Cause is a good boost now instead). Lacking DPS? Throw in them Rubies and use Finery. Simple as that.
