    Yes it does :) i believe using punish increases the dmg too :)
    I think not. the description said "Hurl your shield, dealing340%weapon damage plus250%of shield Block Chance as damage."

    Only block chance from the shield will count toward the bonus damage.

    Correct me if i am wrong. I did not test it
