I've tried both physical and fire, running full fire at the moment with 53% elite damage, usually running t5-t6 depends what i feel like doing, white mobs 1-2shot the dog crits like 85-90m on these, blue packs 3-4shot usually crit 125-130m, and the fire aura ticks ~15mil as much as a festish hit for, and this is of course without BBV, i also use FA for oh shit moment but dog alone is enough to run high torment just fine and fine speed, using all 3 doggy passives and have +zombie dog on shoulder/off hand, missing a new cindercoat to roll zombie dog

i feel having just 1 dog instead of 8 fetishes has its benefits because everything just dies so fast instead of seeing 15-20m crits and stuff dies slower
Your build sounds interesting! Could you perhaps link your profile so I can get a better idea of the skills and gear used?

I'm not using FS and FA simultaneously, I just messed around with FA to see how it works.

I don't completely understand what you're describing in the second scenario. You see 8 sycophants get deleted from the original 15 and that 7 fetishes are FA and the total is 15 again? Then to me that just seems the 7 sycophants get replaced by FA, not 8.

What I'm trying to figure out is: With FA (fire rune) + Zuni and no FS what's the max amount of fetishes you can have. 7 or 15?

Excuse me if this might be an easy question, I'm new to WD and I'm trying to clear this question out so to decide whether to go for the zuni set or not.

One question, if you're running the fire build with zuni and FA can you reach the 15 cap? Or does FA overwrite itself when cast? The reason I'm asking this is I noticed everytime I cast FA all the fetishes from FS dissapear. Haven't found enough zuni items to test but would casting FA while having FA fetishes up add extra fetishes?

posted a message on [Build] Mirrorball/Archon Fire Wizard *Updated for 2.0.5*
I've been aiming for a mirroball build since a month or so and when I've finally gotten one from kadala I've been improving on it since.

One question though, I've been reading this thread and many others and I see people saying 'I faceroll T4/T5 easily' and then I look at their profiles and I'm like: Dude.. seriously? I'm doing T3 and your gear is no better than mine. Am I doing something wrong or is our definition of facerolling just different? To me facerolling is: one shot spiders/imps, 3-6 shot average mobs, 7-10 shots for elites (elites die in ~5 sec on average)

On another note, I'm currently doing T3 very comfortably. Now and then I do T4 as well with group or solo and that's going ok. Could be faster, die a few times here and then on shitty affix combinations. I've been doing that for a while and I would like to move up but I feel the mirrorball doesn't have much more to offer than what I've currently achieved. This is my profile:http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Maximization-2204/hero/37935452

I'm currently looking for a Tal belt so I can swap the belt, chest and amulet for a full Tal set. I think that would be a nice DPS boost with my TF cold + lightning (reroll dmg to cold), arcane from BH and obviously fire. I don't use a spender because I've found none to be better than just spamming mirrorball. My crits on mobs are 5-6m (15-18m total) each and 7-8m (21-24m total) on elites.

I would eagerly want to 'faceroll' T4/T5 anytime soon I just feel a bit lost in terms of progress and what to gamble for. Any suggestions? Much appreciated.
