I've been using mine since 2.1, I figured 20% across the board for grifts (in group) is more useful than my 2580 Manticore. At least until I find another rama for my 2800 WF or Buriza.
and if you use a strongarm bracer you basically have perm 20-30% damage with stampede rune. Between the additional toughness and knockback you ought to be pretty hard to kill.
As long as physical spenders stay comparatively weak, clearly fire. Shooting stars is simply bad if its not ST. The rockets don't do AoE and can hit barrels instead of mobs, may hit completely irrelevant ones normally dying to AoE and the AoE component is worse than fire versions. Pet dmg is a thing, yes, but also only ST for the msot part and not even half as good as wd pets, tasker won't let them go nuts.
Spitfire sentry and arsenal are fire and so the rocket thing is much more capable on the fire side as in boh cases the rockets are more useful as in shooting stars. LfB and CB are both incredibly strong spenders and especially CB can make good use of grenadier for increased AoE range, easier ahndling and more output.
Cindercoat in addition offers the natural fire dmg for your sentries and you, while additionally gives you another big boost thorugh massive rcr on sentires, CA, MS and possibly vault with trail of cinders. As it is also fully possible and viable to go with grenadier + ballistics you can create rampage builds which are much more terrifying on AoE and similar on ST compared tp physical.
Only ST physical can truly win out and ST is too much a niche to be generally better, for now that is.
- Just wanted to pop in to mention that the cinder rcr does affect trail of cinders vault - which is great for travel coupled with the perfection passive and - as an aside - if you have a haunt of vaxo/danetta's revenge. I think I have 45 disc (my char is decked out in phsy stuff atm) but I can get quite a few vaults off before running empty which is nice for bounty runs or whatever.
Sorry if this is a dunce question but can someone tell me the command to join the rift it forward channel? I tried /join rift it forward /join riftitforward and joinriftitforward but I had no luck.
Not really, a couple weeks ago I had a day off and found 2 marauder helms, 2 pants and the gloves in an afternoon, obvs without the anniversary buff. Pants dropped within a few minutes of each other. The next evening I found the chest piece, total playtime was about the same - about 4 or 5 hours. RNG is RNG and all that, natch.
Ahhh, well that's not too bad can still use shooting stars and cluster I suppose, I'll have to tinker around when I finally get my shoulders. Thanks for the info!
Grats on Krieder, I don't post much but I play primarily DH and I read a lot of yours, your build is looking good. Hope I get lucky and find either my marauders shoulders or a krieder this week with the anniversary boosts.I'm currently experimenting with a physical FoK build, I'd like a Tasker and Theo and if the RNG gods are good, it'll drop soon, can you tell me what the 6piece with FoK as your primary spender is like?
Here's mine, the roll on my Magefist sucks and I haven't gotten around to making a new Archfiend quiver which also rolled crappy but in general I'm pretty happy, at least until I find a cinder coat/kriedershot/ eye of elitch with decent stats. I can farm T3 with no problem in this gear in group or solo and I can go as high as T4 if I switch out a few pieces for my Blackthorne's and Ring of Granduer.
