I run a pretty similar build. It works surprisingly well.
If you're going to run a Schaefer's Hammer and a Thundergod's Vigor, you should start stacking +Lightning damage, especially since an Andariel's can roll +Lightning damage. I'm currently looking for one of those, a Moonlight Ward, and I should do Act 1 runs to try and get Sanguinary Vambraces. Eventually, I'd like to get an Invoker set and run a Vo'Toyias Spiker again.
I switched from Blessed Hammer to Fist of the Heavens with Fissure. It shreds through mobs when you Provoke to refill wrath and cleans up whatever doesn't get hit from your item procs.
