I'm fairly sure I know the answer, but is this item value CDR, or character sheet displayed CDR? Since the difference between the two can mean one or more items that may or may not need CDR. My gut feeling is that it would be character sheet displayed CDR, but I figured I'd put it out there and ask anyway.
Its 56% paper doll CDR so Items + Passives + Paragon points :)

    Hi, it's me again... ^^ http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/drbishop-2116/hero/38677828
But now I have drop a SoJ %Fire, with 6% CDR. I'm trying to have %Fire on Auguild's wrists right now and after 8% CDR on SoJ instead of 6%. But I don't know what's the best weapon for a Fire build. Here is my available weapons in bank :

    . 2H Maximus %Fire - 45,8% CDR

    . 2H Baleful Remnant - 45,8% CDR

    . 2H Mortal Drama with CDR - 50% CDR

    . 2H Scourge with CDR - 50% CDR

    . 1H Darklight with CDR - 58% CDR

Don't know what to do :D If someone can tell some tips...

Thanks a lot, and sorry for all that quetions. But it will be, I think, the last thing that I need to know : the choice of weapon.
If I had all tohse options I would simply experiment until I found the one I enjoyed the most. Of course it is hard to judge without knowing how strong each of the weapons is; but unless the Mortal Drama is awful; I'd be rocking that and swap your Falling Sword for Anihilate-Rune Bombardment :)

But yeah, play about and use the one you enjoy most :) I can't stand Scourge because the proc from it makes me think a set item has dropped when I'm tired :P

Regarding the solution to "Closing the rift" the best solution I could think of would be to simply tune the rifts better so that there is very little time between the guardian and the end of the rift. Alternatively make the "Rift closing" be to use the 'portal stone' at the end rather than teleporting to town and speaking to Orek.

    > Make it so the Rift Guardian is spawned by interacting with the portal stone *only when the bar is filled* <
So kill mobs till bar fills, find end of rift, summon boss, kill boss; exit.

Sadly it's a pin point accurate "critique" of the public game system. If it wasn't, you wouldn't be hearing it so frequently.

Is it so hard to find 3 or 4 people to play with in the style and manner you're comfortable with? Socializing can be beneficial. It just takes effort.

As for public games, from all the crap I hear ALL THE TIME, I've never bothered to join one. I play with a group established from former games and we all get along great. Life IS good.
I think you misunderstood me. What I said was "When people have a complaint about an aspect of public games, telling them "Just don't use them" is a bullshit response" and by bullshit I mean "contributes nothing". There are plenty of ways blizzard can improve on the public game system; hell we saw some in the last patch; I dare say we will see more. Discussing possible solutions for issues regarding public games isn't aided by the "Derp just don't use them I don't" crowd :) The basic premise of public games is sound; and the majority of people who use it all have the same intentions. THere are just a few "design flaws" in some of the system designs that open the door to player abuse. Fixing these is perfectly possible.

Joining communities or having an extended friends list is NOT comparable to having a working LFG system. Cries to "Just play with friends" are bullshit responses to critique of hte public game system, which as it is currently designed leaves a couple of "loopholes" for the playerbase to attempt to exploit

One is the closing of rifts as soona s you enter the game and leaving immediately afterwards. The other is the 4 way mexican standoff of "Who is going to open this rift for me"

Easiest solution in my mind is to have a "Boss fight" pop up window for opening a rift which asks for all 4 ppl to accept; and similarly to close the rift. Shifting the responsibility to the group will engender a more group-responsible attitude towards these features. YES there wil still be trolls, YES there will still be leechers; but at least you will be made more aware of their intentions before they get any leeching done. Giving people the option to kick a potential leech before the run starts; should make life less profitable for te leechers and (with any luck) reduce the amount it happens a little.

    Thanks for reply :)

Ok, I can swap Steed Charge for a skill with a cooldown that dealing damages. Bombardment seems, to me, too long without the passive Lord Commander but I might be wrong. I will prefer Condemn or Falling Sword for more utility with the Flurry rune. I'll do some test. But for Provoke, I don't know if I could replace it, I find that wrath is a little problem on boss or when the fight is too long. Is it normal? Maybe I don't manage my cooldown of AC and Law very well, that's why I could have some wrath issue in that case.
*edit after some try* : Condemn - Eternal Retaliation doing a great job. Short cd + reduce some seconds, I can Condemn every 4-5sec.

And what about the weapon? Darklight is the best way to go even for T5-T6?
I had wrath issues plenty; although I have never played a FotH build so I can't help there, maybe a crusader here who has can help on that. My Holy Crusader uses Punish - Retaliation and Sweep attack, with Bombardment and Condemn for damagers:

    <snip>

Thanks you all, and sorry for my bad English... it's not my mother language but I can read / understand well ^^
I found that in order to put out the damage needed to step from t5 to t6 I had to replace a lot of the utility on my action bar from other damaging cooldown spells. Consider swapping Steed Charge and/or Provoke for Condemn or Falling Sword or Bombardment. Try it out; see if it helps. With your CDR; having 3 hard(ish) hitting spells means the time between them is short(ish) so at least one is often available for whatever you need to smash; all 3 combined on a blinded (+20% dmg) pack can wreck them :)

I always wanted to see someone run a baleful remnant with a zero down time 6 set akkhans.

Also the OP posted this only 4 days ago and already his gear on his profile has changed over to Fire so I guess that physical build wasn't as powerful as he hoped it to be.
My 6 set Akhans is on my other Crusader for the time being, none of it rolled with CDR so I made a second set of gear using the craftable sets to mimic Akhan's; while I wait for better Akhans to drop. With only Falling Sword spending Wrath; the high CDR makes it lots of fun. Honestly speaking its more powerful with my Lidless Wall/Doombringer/Fervor combo; but Baleful Remnant too much fun; AVATAR ARMY ASSEMBLE!!

Getting my first Tasker and Theo on a str character (Didn't even realise it could) was why I wanted to make a "Pet" crusader :P I hope they release some more crusader legendaries to affect the avatars/phalanx mobs (doubling their life duration would be sexy *cough*)
Had "Focus" drop last night but it rolled 0 good damage stats; would be very interested if I get "Restraint" to see if I can make some form of OP build based around Falling Sword and Phalanx: Bodyguard; provided they both benefit from the 50% bonus damage (they both spend primary resource...)

I've never received an Akhans piece from Kadala. Took a month to get my first piece, by the end of the second month I have almost 2 complete sets. Just keep farming.

In other news, EVERYONE and their mother has Akarat's Awakening, and I'm 20k BS through Kadala with no luck Q_Q :P

So let's assume that you are rocking with these stats maxed out but some random chest. This gives you 100% increased damage on your Fire skills. For the sake of the argument we can say that your FotH baseline hit will be 1000 damage. With the 100% Fire increase you will have FotH hitting for 2000. Should you incorporate a Cindercoat your Fire bonus jumps to 120% which will translate to 2200 damage from FotH. The increase is 20% no matter what.

The increase is 20% of your base damage yes. But it is a 10% effective increase compared to without the item as your maths prooves.

    2200 is 10% more than 2000 :)

The more of a +dmg type you get, the less effective more of it becomes. There are many sources of +Fire damage; as a result each individual piece is less necessary. and provides less of an increase in total damage compared to the first pieces you put on. I'm sure you already understand this, btw; its probably an issue in how I expressed it. But yeah, if you're building physical damage and aren't using Doombringer (let's say you prefer 2H style) you want a Phys Andariels more so than a Fire builder wants a Fire Andariels... It also makes Lidless Wall strong if it has one of the rarer elemental affixes.

*shrug* You said "i think I have way over the cap" just check. Open your window. see what your CDR is at. 55.55% is the exact level at which the duration is equal to the cooldown; although with latency and human error you probably want to get a touch over that.

56%+ CDR = Perma Akkarats. Anything less, no. When you grab empowered or channeling presumably you already notice having shorter CD than duration; so if your question was "can it happen" - yes, yes it can.

I think the game treats "paragon points" as a 'stealth buff" rather than including the stats with the rest of your gear. This might be why it doesn't take it into account.
