posted a message on It's Coming!?!
I could be wrong, but doesn't Blizz just normally do something on April fools day, not build up to something. That makes me think it maybe is some kind of news; I mean we have had almost nothing next to some new models.

I think his armor looks pretty awesome (minus the headpiece), but I will more likely than not play as the female wizard....I guess I just have nostalgia for the sorceress...

posted a message on Will you make a Demon Hunter ?
Female wizard, hands down my first class, I always be the caster first since it's my favorite.

As for why..well I just love the variety of spells and effects, I just think it's a lot of fun and visually pleasing to watch.

posted a message on Waiting for Release?
I'm playing WoW (cowers waiting to be pelted with blenders, toasters and the like).
Too many other games The Witcher, Titan Quest, Torchlight, Tomb Raider, Company of Heroes...also I desperately want to pick up BioShock 2 and Mass Effect 2 maybe after tax returns...

Steam keeps having a lot of good deals and I partook of the great Christmas sales they had. I mean I just got Titan Quest and the expansion for 5 bucks, how can anyone argue with that.

posted a message on New game, easy on the cpu
There's a web site called Good Old Games (www.gog.com) that has nothing but old pc games; might have some stuff you would be interested in.

Also, don't know if you have steam, but they have lots of deals on games that I don't think are super graphics intensive, I just picked up Titan Quest and the expansion for only five bucks and only paid ten for Torchlight.

posted a message on "Weapon Swap" Down for the Count
I'm guilty of the swap MF myself.....
Besides that I honestly don't care if they take it out. Lets see...one weapons swap button or lots of different ways to customize? Not really a contest

posted a message on Properly Proportioned Pauldrons
I just watched this K1 boxing match last night and the winner was a 6' 11" guy; totally dwarfed his opponent. The barbarian class should be gigantic and imposing and making them that huge, I believe, will accomplish that.

As far as the shoulderpads being an issue again, wouldn't be surprised if they tweak things. Bashiok already said they go big then pull back till it looks right.

posted a message on Art changes since 2008
    Quote from "ScyberDragon" »
I don't think any complaining made Blizzard change there art style. I think people who didn't like it were making snap judgements based off of one area. Now people are seeing other areas. However, the original areas shown in '08 will stll be there.

    This

I was on the defending end anyhow. I knew that what we were seeing was not even close to the finished product; plus I know that a great dynamic in visuals comes from contrast (ie light to dark, warm colors to cool colors, etc). I trust in what Blizz is doing and I know that they are going to release a fantastic game that will probably be playable for 20 years this time around, lol.

posted a message on Diablo III Screenshot Updates
Man, that blood is lookin' sweet. Looks like they did give an upgrade to the WDs look, he looks more meaty to me.....looking awesome, hopefully blizzcast will have some more eye candy.

In 102 looks like the barb is using some kind of chain lightning effect, wonder if that is from a weapon or a rune?

101, that's just friggin awesome, I really love how they are giving perspective, I can just imagine hordes of enemies pouring over a cliff to come after you

100 did the wraiths get an update?? The one on the left looks a lot more detailed and like a skeleton

Things are starting to look a lot more fleshed out in act II to me. Looks like they are starting to get into the fine details, a lot more shadow/depth
