    My biggest question is, according to your "perfect rolls" example, you only want AR on 3 items? 300 AR doesn't seem like anywhere near enough to survive in T2, much less T6.

    Running hammers w/thunderstruck, justice with burst, provoke with charging up. Have +30% lightning dmg on gear, not counting blessed hammer increases, aiming for more.

    1% to chill on hit
    Getting hit has change to charge you with lightning, causing you to deal 243% weapon dmg as lightning every second for 5 seconds to nearby enemies.

    Given my heavy use of lightning based skills I feel like it probably isn't close, I'm just being thrown off by the sheet DPS and the 40% loss it says I will take for going with weapon 2. Granted, neither the 10% inc lightning dmg nor the lightning proc are accounted for in comparisons. However, the massive loss of strength is a real concern in my mind. And losing 200k in front page Damage is also terrifying.

    Anyone with advice or more insight than I have?
