8GB RAM @ 1600MHz
GTX 570 Overclocked
CPU Overclocked @ 3.8GHz with a Noctua NH-D14 monster cooler
My older GTX 275 was starting to show its age with these newer graphic intense games coming out

@sef239_1122397, Seriously you don't need the best graphics card out there. My older GTX 275 (2 years old) still kicks ass with crysis 2 Max detail, Same with Sc2 on Ultra @ steady 60 FPS. The GTX 560/570's are decently priced, They will handle what ever you throw at them + you can over clock them or even run in SLI (But also depends on IF the game supports SLI otherwise you'll experience instability with the system. But if your only going to play D3 I wouldn't bother buying a $500+ Graphics card, Could spend the extra $$ on smaller upgrades.
D3 might be a bit more dependent on your CPU, though I doubt it will be as much as SC2.
