i dunno...dragons could be demonic,i dont see why there couldnt be a dragon type demon or something along them lines...but i agree that common dragons wouldnt go with the game history.
maybe other mythical beasts like the sphinx or hydra would fit better.
a witch hunter doesnt sound too bad but i would rather see a vampire hunter.has anyone mentioned a valkryie type character? is like a barb/pally tho isnt it?

i heard a little rumor that they showed a trailor for d3 at the last blizzcon...not sure if its true tho.i also heard they are suppose to release the trailor on a demo or something.
well you probably have the pc and the money to not worry about requirements...i dunno about you guys but im not wealthy.im sick of all the pay to play games and high level of requirements...i just want a good game with ok graphics and great gameplay....i can see better graphics yes but going all out wouldnt work for me...which means unfortunatly if it goes that way i guess i will be playing d2 for a long long time...now if the graphics level were able to be controled so that people like me could run the game im all for it....i cant even play nwn2 because i cant afford the upgrading!...makes me want to shoot myself.
well the view change could maybe work but i really couldnt imagine a diablo game without the helicopter view...especially if there are hordes of monsters all around you. i dunno,maybe a zoom feature or option would be better...i know i couldnt imagine diablo in 1st person thats for sure
im happy with the old graphics of d2...i wouldnt mind if they stepped it up just a bit but no more than that...in my opinion,if the graphics are like oblivion it will ruin the game...if i wanted that type of graphics i would play oblivion.
im starting to see alot of people have a change of heart towards high quality graphics...the question is why the change of heart? i know i would still rather have the original old d2 graphics compared to oblivion...my reason is,having lower quality graphics will enable a larger game and quicker developement.
i have an idea for a sword but i cant think of a way to make it...i was thinking...everyone knows the crystal sword in d2 and i had an idea to make a great crystal sword or two handed crystal sword...im having a hard time trying to get a good look without making it look too much like the original crystal sword...if someone can maybe come up with some quick pics or shape ideas i am open to suggestions.
also i had an idea to make an extended wrist blade...similar to baraka in mortal kombat except its not retractable...i have a pic of this one but i need to find it...i have alot of art saved on disks.
ya wanna know what really grinds my gears...people that pick up your money you drop after gettin killed in battle and also mephisto isnt the only one with the one hit kill out of the blue....baal has one also...it happened to me about 2 minutes ago after i got a lag spike.
if anything i think it should more towards neverwinter nights type graphics...otherwise i dont want to see realistic or hardcore 3d modeled graphics because its too much...i would be happy if they just clean up the d2 graphics a bit,i still play d2:lod and i rather play that than wow,lineage 2,everquest,stormreach or any others ive failed to mention.
