    You don't get it GoatKiller.

In most cases the problem is not in price but is what you get for that price and that's why so many people just refuse to buy it and wait's for sales.

Don't get me wrong, i don't say your argument/opinion is invalid or something, you just don't see other side of problem.

I'm sorry for asking but what is the difference between 144hz and 143hz?

If you pay 2-3x price of "normal" monitor, then hell, you want it to work as it should be! Even something that doesn't change anything change everything!

    but today it disappeared.

Can someone link similar build? (i tired to search in builds section but with no luck). I tried Invoker and Hammerdin build but Roland is giving me more fun than other builds.

Sorry for my english. I meant: if your results will be a half or lower than mine.
    Quote from Supp13

Ok scratch that last post it does work on windows 10 althoug it says unsupported. RESULTS:
    HDD:ST500LT012-1DG142 (500gb)
    min: 38.6 (!!! serious downspike :s)max: 118.6
    avg: 90.8
    acces time: 18.8ms
    burst rate: 179.5 mb/s
    temperature: 36-38 degrees celsius
    cpu usage: 5.0 %
Good idea mate this test! values don't seem comparable to yours at all :-s. And if loading in D3 is done at around the minimum I got of 38.6 then I suppose the majority of my problem is being caused by the HDD and not so much the CPU? Right?
What are your conclusions of these numbers Kichaa?
Results are kinda low for 7200 rpm but Seagete in his manual "SeagateĀ® Laptop Thin HDD" informs that ST500LT012-1DG142 model have only 5400 rpm. and with that info results seems ok.So CPU isn't the main problem. Despite this everything you can do is to buy new hard drive but you'll see difference even if you buy a good performance 7200rpm HDD.
Now you have to ask yourself if you want to invest 180/240 USD (128/256GB) for Samsung 840 Pro, propably the best SSD by now or 70 USD for Hitachi HGST Travelstar 7K1000 1TB 7200 RPM for a comparsion look at my HDD results on same site (click on disks names to see they results).

    Yeah I did.
    AMD-A10 7300
    Radeon R7 260m
    6 GB DDR3 RAM
    standard HDD 7200rpm 500gb
native resolution 1600x900 (all settings on lowest or off)
    all latest drivers
I know this is far from great but still if I get 45-55 fps these load times aren't right. This be drivin' me crazy. And I would go for the upgrade SSD and 8gb RAM but only if I know that this will solve my problem.

To be 100% certain try benchmarking your HDD in "HD Tune". For comparsion, mine HDD perf. is ~110-175-156 (min-max-av) MB/s. If your results will be over half worst then buying SSD (or just better HDD) will give you noticable boost in loading times but still i think bottleneck is your CPU.
I tried to find good comparsion of your CPU witch my to show you what's the difference but i don't find anything more than synthetic tests. In 3DMark11 your CPU got 2000 marks and my 4220 marks. I have HDD too and my loading times are 4-6x times lower than yours.
Don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to brag or something, just to explain you (and maybe others) that CPU can be (and i think it is) the main problem, not HDD.

posted a message on Solid FPS but such long loading times on laptop?!

    I can't belive what i'm reading.

First of all. 8GB of DDR3 is enough, you can get more but you'll never use it with Diablo 3 (TBH the first and the only time when i use more than 8GB of RAM was in Witcher 3). With opened movie in browser (flash) on 2nd monitor, messanger and Diablo my RAM usage barely exceed 5GB and someone trying to tell him that "6gb RAM is not enough anymore". I just checked - and with stated above - rift loaded with almost 6 seconds!

Secondly. Speed of loading depends mostly on speed of drive and CPU. Meaning of RAM starts to matter when you're near 100% usage of it and when this happens most of data lands in swap on hard drive which can tragiclly slow down everything. 1600x900 on low with 45-55fps suggest poor CPU (and/or GPU but this isn't important in this case) and i'm pretty sure, if you've laptop, that CPU is the primary issue of your loading times.

So I ask you to tell us what's your CPU model in your laptop.

P.S. If 1600x900 is native resolution on your laptop, then 8GB with (i suppose) poor CPU will be more than enough for your gaming needs.
