If you get the Arcane Dynamo passive and Meteor with Molten Impact rune you have a very big nuke. It gives it a cd but you are allready stakcing cdr and it gives you time to stack Arcane Dynamo back up.
I havent tried this myself, might be to long between each meteor to be efficient. Could work with other runes as well ofc but then i would probably not take Arcane Dynamo.
I havent tried firespec myself, and dont like Wave of Force much. But you have loads of cdr on your gear and no spells with cd (besides black hole). I would replace Familiar or Magic Weapon with Archon with the fire rune. At least then you get use of the cdr on your gear.
Edit: And possibly change out Astral Presence with the passive that gives cdr if you can do without the regen.
If you put it into the reforge machine, it will show (min-max minium dmg),(min-max maximum dmg). Easy way to find out, i cant remember the numbers myself atm.
