So I made 13 Gems of Ease and removed the level requirement of all my monks gear. I made a new monk and did act I and act IV and was level 70. Less than 15 minutes. I just did it to see what it would be like. That was pretty cool. Probably would have been faster if not for stopping to update skills on occasion. I took a screeny of my brand new level 1 character with all the level 70 gear on. Enjoy.
Edit: I used the 13th Gem of Ease in the weapon till about level 35 for the bonus exp. Probably could have used a ruby in helm to speed it up even more.

"An items rarity" vs "An item is rarity." <-- yes thats what its means when you type "item's" Unless you meant to say "A new option has been added to display an icon that indicates that an item is a rarity."
No, it's a possessive. It's like saying a boy's dog. That doesn't mean "a boy is dog." It means the dog belongs to the boy, just as the rarity belongs to the item. It is correct to say "an item's rarity." Thanks for playing.
