If it's not hardcore, yes, you should be able to kill him with those stats but use Force Armor. Your DPS doesn't matter a lot and I think I had about that much when I killed him. The more defensive stats (armor/resists) you can stack the easier the fight is since it's not a dps race, just a survival fight. You can probably even take a melee or two without dying if you spec into Blur.
Some people might say to drop the HP and resists and get more dps but I find that being able to take a hit without dying makes the fight much easier and gives you a fair amount of room for error whereas if 1 hit kills you, any mistake and you have to start the fight over and pay the repairs.
If you're talking about hardcore, I wouldn't recommend fighting him with those stats.
You should be fine with those stats. They are pretty similar to what i had, but i went for the prismatic armor and had 700 ish resist, and 600 life regen. It will be a long and exiting fight, just keep your distance. DONT go close to any edges. And keep blink up to get away from the clone in phase 2, as it can one shot you. gl
I had more resist but less dps:
850resist, 1050 phys resist
27k hp
22k dps
1.3aps
5% crit
10% ms
Wasn't much to it, just keep DSkin for when the clones initially spawn. You can sit there for DSkin's duration and just beat the clone up. It was dead for me by the time it fell off.

Got around downing the big D yesterday, but I had to switch some gear around to improve my survivability :
- 38k hp (usually 32k)
- 25k dps (usually 34k)
- ~350-400 res all (glass cannon included, usually ~250-300)
- ~4.5k armor (with force armor)
Typical build with venom hydra and seeker MM, teleport/wormhole (much better than fracture for Diablo) and diamond skin.
This allowed me to barely survive being caged, which happened once in P1 and once in P2 (once because of server lag, once because I messed up).
Here are my stats:
30k damage (with FA and glass cannon)
30k HP
550-600 all resist (with PA and glass cannon)
22.5% crit
88% Crit hit damage
1.65 APS
12% move speed
Concerning my build I'd like to FA and PA. Open to other suggestions with a complete build for an inferno diablo kill.
If I cannot, what should I try to focus on in improving and what builds have worked for you in killing him. Thanks
