Fetish Sycophants - Should keep a few Fetishes around even after the Army Fades (60 second duration vs 20). This is triggered by spamming Firebomb and Locust Swam
Grave Injustice - This is the power source. With a high gold pickup radius, I will be gaining back mana, life and dropping my cooldowns.
Tribal Rites - Lower the cooldowns of Big Bad voodoo to 90, and fetish army to 67.5 (oh and lower on hex too...)
Actives
Firebomb - Bread and butter spam. Used for procing Fetish Sycophants
Locust Swarm - Secondary dps... this one is used for dps
Hex - With Grave injustice and Tribal rites ... we may be able to summon more than 1 shaman... it all depends on if you can have multiple out. Regardless... this is used for CC and for increasing the damage output.
Gargantuan - with cleave this should be a steady damage output. If he dies... grave injustice should help to break the cooldown to keep him constantly out.
Big Bad Voodoo - This should be used to enhance the damage and attack speed of our fetishes + gargantuan. With Tribal rites and grave injustice we should be able to keep uptime on this fairly high.
Fetish Army - With rune and tribal rites the cooldown is 67.5... using grave injustice we will be able to keep shrinking that... With fetish scyophants (60 second duration) and the lower cooldown on this spell... we should be able to keep a steady stream of minions.
I guess i could go female wd... and swap out locust swarm for plague of toads.

Onto your build, and I made an extremly similar build a few weeks back, then figured to myself it wouldn't be that fun to play. I haven't got it saved anymore but it was something like this.
It is very nice for co-op play and I don't really see any major downsides with it. I say this meaning both our builds as they are very similar.

You might think about unstable form for the hex rune as well. It will likely do more damage than jinx.
