I havent made up a decision yet, but I will look towards which followers will help the most the witch doctor. While I try to make up my mind on which one has better advantage to be my ally among those three followers I'd like to hear you guys what do you think.

I'm going with the Templar. He's a tank with healing abilities. As I'll be minion based, I think he'll work out best for my build.

Depends on which type of witch doctor.

For a pet-focused WD, I'd get a Scoundrel. Otherwise, a Templar. Maybe I'd choose Enchantress for some extra CC, but the WD already has plenty.

I plan on playing a pet-less Witch Doctor, so I could definitely use a Templar to take some of the heat off me.

It kinda irks me that having a Follower is a bit like a pet though, but ah well :P.

I'm going with a scoundrel with the cc and the pets to keep monsters at bay me and him will nuke them down.
I see the advantages of having a healing tank but that's what pets are for

Depends on the WD build you choose.
Enchantress with a bit of crowd control and buffs to damage and defense seems not so bad.

Agreed, I will choose Enchantress to get dmg booest.
