Just go to the AH and check what current prices are. I've seen poorly rolled 17%-20% block ones going for 4m-6m. That one is likely in the range of 15m-20m but I can't tell you for sure because I'm not fortunate enough to own one or to have gotten something rare enough to sell for one. I will say this though, if you're a barb in Act 2, save it for yourself. You won't likely be replacing it until the xpac or if they buff another legendary shield with the buff patch coming with the PVP arena.
Actually perfect SS is 35% block but the highest i have seen is 33% and that one was up for 250 on RMAH, but if you are selling it on GAH it will fetch prob 15-25mil

It says 32% on the d3 website tho, also the random properties also determine how good it is.
This makes me sad to see these type of prices on the US servers. You can almost double the prices for the EU server. Not that I could afford either lol
