I just want to know if I am going to have to buy a new computer mine is only 3 years old.
They were saying that the beta was pretty hefty on the requirements, and that it was odd for Blizz games to require that high of specs
But I heard somewhere that they want computers that could run D2 to run D3. My computer doesn't meet min requirements, but I speculate that on low settings I can run it fine.
But in short I hope you can, but have no idea. (3 years old is pretty old for comps though, mines barely 1 and is probably out of date)
Why did I think they were higher? The only thing I see troublesome here is the vidya card. Not super high end, but for a 3 year old computer it could be a problem
Those are just beta requirments I only care about the actualy game considering I wont get into beta anyway.
I cant imagine the full game requiring much more than instillation space. Or maybe to run Ultra graphics you might need some high end stuff, but I wouldn't expect it to be a drastic change in requirements.

How old your computer is tells us almost nothing about it's specs
It tells us that it's probably in the Core 2 Duo/Core 2 Quad range. Probably an Nvidia 8000 series or equivalent ATi. Likely that it meets those requirements.
you might need an upgrade later if they update the game to DX10/11 and you want to play with DX10/11.. otherwise, Blizzard games usually have pretty low requirements so you should be fine

Right, so tell me how much RAM he has, what the speed is, how much hard drive space he has, how many monitors he's running, his internet connection, what OS he has, if it's a Mac or PC, the clock speed of his cpu, etc.
