I know that the error "The game connection has been lost - You have been disconnected from the server" is a common one, but I have yet to find a solution that works. By using online support forums I have learned that this error is typically caused by your router/internet settings, however, my Diablo works perfectly it is my friend who gets this error when connected to any wifi, including mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I use a mobile network (I think thats what its called) (Basically a router which you plug in the socket and Boom - wifi) Whenever i do greater rifts, i get this error every few hours. I don't have any issues playing mobas, csgo or Overwatch. I consider getting a LAN cable to connect my mobile router to my pc. (I would then be connected to the router, but the router is still not directly connected to my provider (via "waves" but not via cable, since its a mobile network)) Can some of you enlighten me if this would solve my problem or is it not the networks fault? The blizzard support can't help me since they advice not to use WIFI. Thanks in advance
