My Twitch username was different from my Diablo Fans username. I have successfully merged accounts, and when I go into settings and accounts it does show my twitch account, but on THIS site, it still shows me the Diablo Fans name.

I've issued a nickname credit for you. Just log out; once you re-login, you'll be prompted to choose a new nickname.
