Prepare your couch and consider fortifying your living room, because on September 3, Diablo® III will unleash hell on both the PlayStation® 3 and Xbox 360®! It pays to be prepared against the forces of the Burning Hells, so get your preorder lined up for the PS3™ or Xbox 360, as added bonuses are in store for those who take the fight for Sanctuary to their big screen TV.
Xbox 360® and PS3™ Preorder Items:
All preorders of the Xbox 360 and PS3™ versions of Diablo® III will include the following diabolically enticing items, available to all five mortal heroes of Sanctuary—be it the Witch Doctor, Barbarian, Wizard, Demon Hunter, or Monk (players who’ve been keeping on top of console-related news will notice that the bounty for preorders has expanded):
"Infernal Helm" – Wearable at level 1, the console-exclusive Infernal Helm in-game item confers a +EXP bonus to help you whip your new PlayStation® or Xbox characters into shape
"Angelic Wings" – Taunt the forces of the Burning Hells by sprouting a cosmetic pair of glowing angel wings
"Leah's Ring" – A Legendary ring, originally given to Leah by Deckard Cain, that's usable at level 60 and provides bonuses to Magic Find, Gold Find, movement speed, and defenses
Please note that console preorder bonuses and PS3-exclusive in-game items cannot be transferred across platforms, and players will need a connection (to Xbox LIVE® or PlayStation® Network, respectively) in order to receive these items.
Look at the stats, Meele attackers take 2 dmg per hit, health globes grant +10 health. Those are very low lvl affixes. They're probably still working out the details of those items.
The noteworthy stuff is Shoulders that give movespeed (which for all we know we could be seeing on PC soon - a great way of achieving max movespeed without relying on lucky legendary drops), a Helmetthat gives experience (and could be used from early levels without having to rely on a socketed Helm, or maybe it will have a socket itself) and what sounds like a pretty awesome Amulet for end-game.
These items... They're so incredibly powerful! //sarcasm
I mean, they would be fine if they could be equipped by level 1 hero. Starting out with a character that has some nice legendaries on it from the very beginning could be a fun way to reward new players who pre-ordered
I see all those incentives to buy diablo3 for play station and I have to ask, what about "us"? Many people, like me, have preordered diablo3, waited at the store until midnight, came home to install it, tried for 2 hours to log in and don't deserve anything special?(didn't have money for collector's edition by the way, didn't have money at all but I made it happen cause I waited for this game a long time)
I for one like those angelic wings. They were meant for fans that bought collector's edition, later on evil wings were available with Heart of the Swarm, now with play station release I see those crimson angelic wings that are ... wow! Practically if you are a fan you spend more for those little things, but I am a fan, I want to spend more for crimson angelic wings for example, and I can't. I will buy Heart of the Swarm anyway, I will surely buy the next expansion also for sc2 which may give me angelic wings, but even so there is the crimson version that I won't have. In conclusion there should be a fan store where you can purchase all the little things blizzard comes up with, to make the game more enjoyable and don't feel left out.
We deserve it !
I must say, I'm a little jealous of those crimson wings. But then I think of how strange the wings look when you run with your character and go back to the blade wings. Those look really awesome, regardless of the character standing still or running around. The angelic wings just feel too 'static', as if there was no correct physics calculation for running characters.
So im stressing up to get collectors edition on time, pre-ordering from 6 different webs just to receive 2 boxes in the end, paying extra money to get my COLLECTORS EDITION EXCLUSIVE angelic wings, only to see that every console tard who just preordered will have them as well? Fu blizzard, you money munching hore!

Yeah, PC CE owners can feel screwed... A lot of stuff that they got in their box was already available to everyone - like, you can watch "making of" on youtube, download the soundtrack from the internet... I wouldn't be suprised if someone scanned the artbook and got it online as well.
If you're not playing either SC II or WoW, the only "really unique" things that you got from buying the CE was the skull-pendrive thing and exclusive CE ingame items (two dyes and wings). The sad thing is that these items are now being given for free to anyone who simply pre-orders the game on console, so the only real D3-related perk from buying the CE is the skull-pendrive. Not a lot if you consider CE's price.
One could argue that you can hold the art book in your hands, or you're the only guys who have the item perks on the PC, but still... having a CE just isn't so unique anymore.
