    Character Profile Update Times
It looks like character profiles will update as you login/logout in the future. However for now, they will only update once every 24 hours.

A hero’s got to have hobbies.

Why do blues rarely talk about the game and improvements or stating they are actually listening to the suggestions made in the 100's of constructive feedback threads?
We certainly do make such posts, and we’ve made a number of them quite recently (which you can access by searching our posting history or by utilizing the Blizz Tracker). While the developers are hard at work behind the scenes, we're also busy communicating with them and relaying information to them on a regular basis. As it stands, however, we don’t always have new information to report back to the community on particular issues or concerns, but we’re absolutely listening and are just as eager to share news and updates with you as you are to hear from us.

Also, the wood chips from the whitling make great kindling for our sacrificial fires for brewing our headshrinking concoctions

I can imagine, though now you have me wondering what other hobbies the various Diablo III heroes would have. What would they be? Well, aside from sharpening weapons and doing laundry with a heaping bottle of All-Soap’s Miraculous Dye Remover. It’s a hero’s steadfast duty, afterall, to conquer all of those pesky blood stains and bits of grime and entrails that get into everything.

Hail Yon Blues!!! I seek conversation with thee! From afar I see thy 1.0.4 patch, but strangely it shimmers and disappears whenever I look at it or move in its direction??? Is this a mirage? Are ye building said device in secret or some-such? Thy reply I desire, to this or the post before this. Verily I say Farewell to thee
'Lo I have journeyed long and far to bear ye the message that the wavering footprints that stretch into the glittering horizon are not a mere mirage, nor are they a devious cultist’s grand illusion.

They are real and solid, and I have ran mine own hands along their well-kept secrets. But they will not remain clasped in mystery forever. This, I promise thee.

Soon, news of thy patch will approach in caravan with lush scrolls of information. I merely request thy understanding that further sand must run its course through the hourglass before light can be shone on yonder details.

In these meetings, you’ll be able to give direct feedback on certain topics, discuss these topics with us and other players, and get our views on points that matter to our community.

We’re anticipating a huge demand for seats at these meetings, so unfortunately it won’t be possible to accommodate everyone. Therefore, if you’d like to take part, you should apply by sending us an email in English. You can do so by clicking the link that corresponds to the meeting you’d like to attend, below. Please be sure to include the following details about yourself:
    • Full name
    • Age
    • Nationality
    • How long you’ve been playing our games
    • What you’ll contribute to the discussion
If you’ve written game guides, run an unofficial fan site or podcast, streamed your games, or engaged in any other way with the community, please mention it! While these are not requirements to attend one of the meetings, they would definitely be a plus. We’re looking to gather a diverse group for each meeting – one that reflects the diversity of the Blizzard gaming community itself.

Please apply only if you’re sure you’ll be able to make it to the event in Cologne, Germany. It would be a shame to see an empty seat when someone else would have loved to fill it. Please be aware that travel to and entry into gamescom are entirely your own responsibility. Information on tickets can be found on the event’s official site.

    Diablo III Claymation
Another claymation video was also posted on Blizzardkorea's youtube page. Though you may not be able to read the text, what's going on in the video is still very clear.

I definitely love the style. It's such a shame that there aren't more high-quality claymation videos out there nowadays.

Agree all the response could be translated to 'Soon" , but still i could bet its not much left they just cant tease the gum any longer they gotta get the patch done this month. Something like dev blog in the middle of month maybe next tuesday and then whole patch and the end of month.

Oh and that patch must keep players for like 3 months until christmas n stuff until they get pvp done.

its really pathetic how they dont give release dates, why not just overestimate and then release it early, everyone would be happy then.
  • #8
I remember before the game was released, Blizzard said the PVP patch would be released shortly after the game release.

I guess missing the 'TM' didn't help, and not many people care about to comment any more.

Hype moves on, to other games.

Claymation video was great for sure...love the improvements as well as well the funny sound effects chosen. :D

AS for the blue response...typical soon reply, and typical me saying big fat whoop.

The profiles feature is such fucking crap. I've played D3 just about every day since launch, but only two characters, created and deleted during the first week, are shown. Mind you, those aren't even the first characters I created..

The fuck, Blizz?! Can't you do anything right? Geez..

I take it you are looking at the US and not the EU site. Switch the address to EU at the start of the link to view your correct profile
