Diablo 3 Patch 1.0.2.9858 Coming Soon
It looks like part two of patch 1.0.2 should hit live servers some point soon. This patch looks to just fix a few tooltips as well as fully change the "Boon of Protection" rune into "Boon of Inspiration". This is not Patch 1.0.3, we will not see the crafting or ilvl changes in this patch.

That'd be "decrease" not "increase"
And why was "Matra of Healing" nerfed? On HC, only Evasion is useful - The only time healing is ever used is when there are 2 (Or more) monks in one game...
They really need to lower the discipline cost on Smoke Screen if they are going to essentially crush their most important skill. Half the effect with all of the cost? Crazy.
why did they change the activation for mantra of healing, it was perfectly fine the way it is, now it's not worth going at all even though the life on hit does sound some what nice

Regarding the changes to Lingering Fog, Boon of Protection, and Force Armor: we determined these skills were simply more powerful than they should be, and we felt their impact on class balance and how each class was perceived warranted hotfixes as soon as we were able.
I highly recommend reading the all of the blog, though.

he is saying cost should be nerfed cause the spell itself was nerfed. 14 disc for 1 second is a lil to much when vault turret and other disc moves are cheaper
Anyone else feels it's weird that they added a "Healing on Hit" for the Mantra of Healing when there is another Mantra who has a similar but reduced effect? Don't remember which of them, might be Retribution that has a rune that gives a 30% chance to be healed for 250-300 on hit. Doesn't that make it underpowered all of the sudden?

Querying the korean patch servers a certain way comes back with build 9858 being live over there . not 9745 as the US servers return.
