From Monday, April 9 through Friday, April 13 between the hours of 10 a.m. & 7 p.m. PDT, the
@BlizzardCS Twitter account will post a series of Diablo III beta keys at random times throughout the week. If you’re the first to claim the key in your Battle.net account, you’re in the beta! There will be no warning when a key is coming, so be sure to follow along closely.

The Diablo III beta keys we post will be up for grabs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a key has been claimed and added to a Battle.net account, that key will no longer available.

    What you need to know
    - Start Date: Monday, April 9
    - End Date: Friday, April 13
    - Time: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. PDT
    - 1 key will be posted at random each day on Monday and Tuesday
    - 2 keys will be posted at random each day Wednesday through Friday

How to attempt to claim the key:
    1. Log in to Battle.net account management for your region.
    2. From the “Games & Codes” drop-down menu, select “Add or Upgrade a Game”
    3. Under "Activate a Game Key", enter the key code into the box and click "Activate Game"

If you’re the lucky person who successfully claims the key, you will have the option to download the client once the Diablo III beta is attached to your account.

Keep an eye on @BlizzardCS for the key -- and good luck!

    Poll Recap
After rounding up some polls for you guys to participate in, we have gone back through to highlight the results. Today, we would like to share the results of poll ginobli started asking whether or not you would like to have a ladder in Hardcore. One option was to have a ladder similar to Diablo II's where the level or experience of the character was at the top of the list. However, another option was presented with the number of monsters killed in DiabloWiki.com - Inferno Inferno which will now increase in difficulty. Of course, there is always the option of no ladder which is currently how it is handled in Diablo III. Over half the votes liked the new idea of counting up monster kills as oppose to the level grind of the previous ladder. With a cap of 60 and this being the intended level for Inferno, this would help bring everyone to a standard 0 when starting off. However, a total of 28% said no or that they didn't care for a ladder at all. If you would like to voice your opinion on the matter, feel free to check out the original thread.

That beta key contest is a crock. They needed to tell us about this for EIGHT keys?

i agree!!! as much as i want to play beta, this seems rather dumb to just invite 8 ppl.... maybe thier 0 key doesnt work and they meant to write 80000?? :QQ:

Hopefully this is accompanied by a huge wave of opt-ins. Then again, playing the beta for 2 weeks before they close it prior to launch might be lame.

I enjoyed the DH short story. It felt quite true to the idea of the class, and I look forward to reading the rest. :)

That Demon hunter story was incredibly well made. My passion was increasing the more single line I red. I fell in my own deepest mind, living the story's actions as if I was part of it. Imaginating the noises of the pouring water of the cave, the wind across the field of grass and the fear which was sensed over the rapid breath... off course, no movies can show off more than what our souls creates.

And for the heck of it, I created a new parables which only has sense to myself...

To read, 5 star out of 5.
