Is there still an innate chance to miss with melee attacks? Last I heard it was a 99% chance that you could not change, but I never seem to miss in the beta.

My place really was here. I was too foolish and stubborn to notice. But, what I truly hoped for then was here. Why do I always realize it When I've already lost it.
I think Blizzard has done a great job of making D3 noob-friendly this time around, but there is a serious lack of information for people like me who love stats and want to know exactly how everything works under the hood. Arreat Summit was a great site and I used it just about every day I played D2, so if Blizzard could include at least as much information as that site has I would be a lot happier. Right now I’m just starving for stats!
I want an veyr complete bestiary. Monster name, statistic, their skills, their background, their behavior, their drop lvl, 3D models (walking/attacking/dying). I'm bestary maniac, I read D&D monster manual for fun o.O
I want to know if it will be possible to link items across battle.net, from WoW to D3, and from D3 to WoW. Lets say my buddy is in a raid and something drops that I think might be an upgrade for him but storage space is running low, do I keep it for him or toss it? If I could link it to him with Real-ID it would be much simpler. I know you cant do this with SC2, but D3 is obviously a more item driven game.
I want to know how passive skill DMG bonuses is working. For example wiz "Glass Canon" increase damage by 15%. It's just flat +15% to intellect based +damage or applied after int bonus?
I would like to know more about how the AH works, both gold and RMAH.
Scenario:
I put up 100 subtle essences for 100g each
Then 25 get bought
Then someone else puts more up for a cheaper price, say 75g each
From there the market price for essences keeps dropping for at least 48hrs (length of auction)
At the end of this 48 hr period do I get 75 essences back and 2500g minus Blizzards cut, or is there some other equation at work?
What about selling gold on the RMAH?
I sure this has been explained somewhere before, but I would like to see it on the official site.
How does group experience work? Are there penalties for a certain level distance?
eg. I'm lvl 15, my friend is lvl 5, how much exp would he get from a lvl 10 monster that we kill together?
I'm more looking for %'s here, not hard numbers
Not sure if it has been mentioned before, or if there are other mechanics like that in the game:
Berserker rage: If you use a fury spender when you're at full fury, do you get the 25% dmg boost to the skill, or does it spends fury then does the attack and doesn't benefit from the 25% dmg?
I'm not sure if it's where I should post for System Clarification's suggestions, but hell, if it isn't please say me where to do so by pm. Thank you!
So what I would like to be explained are the Elemental Effects of weapons and spells. Like, how does poison damage apply? Can monsters be burned after a fire attack and have fire DOT? Do Electrical damage stuns? Do....
How does +experience per kill work in groups (is it shared like MF/GF, does it get full value for all of groups kills)?
How does loot/experience work for spawning mobs (any value in milking a pack of elite Tomb Guardians or Wretched Mothers)
A list of prefixes, suffixes and how they can/can-not be placed onto magical items (Can you get a blue quality item with +mf and +gf, what level requirements (or other requirements) exist for prefixes/suffixes/sockets on crafted gear exist, some crafted gear has multiple base stats on it (e.g. intellect and strength) are these combinations in any way prevented)?
Generally, some guidance to help choose weapon/off-hand gearing. Mages and Witch Doctors seem to get more value from shields. How can we "know" if 2H bow/crossbow is better than 2 1H hand crossbows?

It's just kind of cool to be able to see how rare the rarest items in the game are.
I think it's a 95% chance to hit.

This include Nephalem Valor buff, sharing MF with others, some examples of locations/monsters that have highest chance to drop the best items.

Thank you again.
-Order of gem progression
-what runes exist, and their general effects
-death/dying effects
Or more complex stuff like
-spell coefficients related to weapon scaling
-possibly how all runes effect all spells
-Whirl Wind
-Frenzy
Explain how Frenzy attack speed works, does it increase spells such as Whirl Wind?
Explain Ranges of spells effects better than Yards.
