DiabloFans Beta Contests have Ended
We are now done with our Build contest! We want to personally thank all of you for taking the time to try to win a key! We were so impressed with the dedication of people with this contest that we threw in another 10 keys in the build contest, giving a total of 60 random winners a key! Patch 13 Class Changes
We have a rather...large change list for patch 13 for you to take a look at! Keep in mind with patch 13 runes were changed, if you see anything that looks off (number wise), please let us know in the comments.

Toppling Impact: now sends enemies 20 yards, up from 6, and deals 15% weapon damage, down from 30%

Mighty Throw: now deals 189% weapon damage, down from 234%
Beastly Bombs: now deals 150% weapon damage, down from 500%
Dark Cloud: now deals 42% weapon damage, down from 300%
Anathema: now lasts for 10 seconds, down from 14 and deals 140% weapon damage, down from 289%
Flying Strike: now has 8 shadow beats, down from 9 and deals 75% weapon damage, down from 601% (but the word "each" was added, so still about 600%)
Stampede: now summons 10 shadow beats, down from 11 and deals 100% weapon damage, down from 500% (but now has the world "each" so now does 1000% weapon damage?)
Frost Arrow: now splits into multiple arrows after hitting first target, instead of doing conal damage out the back of first targic. Now deals 170% weapon damage, up from 104% and reduces movement by 60% down from 75% and lasts for (1 or 4 seconds) down (or up?) from 3
Crippling Wave now does 100% weapon damage, down from 110%, slows enemies by 30% down from 50% and lowers attack speed by 20% down from 35% and lasts for 3 seconds, down from 5
Mangle: now increases weapon damage by 130% down from 143%
Concussion: reduces enemies attack by 20%, down from 40% and lasts for 3 seconds down from 5
Strong Spirit: now gives 5 spirit, up from 4 (no longer has "dies" and just has explodes after bleeding)
Essence Burn: now burns for 80% weapon damage, up from 78% and if enemy dies, deals 30% weapon damage, down from 39%
Seven-Sided Strike now deals 777% weapon damage, down from 160% (7 times has been crossed out, and now says "over 7 hits" so 111% per hit compared to 160% before)
Sudden Assault: now deals 1007% weapon damage, down from 208% (however, is now "over" 7 hits, instead of per hit)
Divine Protection: now requites below 25% life, up from 20% and lasts for 3 seconds, down from 7. Each target can now only be protected once every 90 seconds, down from 120
Hand of Ytar: no longer smites all enemies within 5 yards of target location for 263% weapon damage, now attacks enemies at long range and slows the movement by 80% up from 60% and lasts 2 seconds, down from 4
Sweeping Armada Kick: knocks back enemies 150% farther, down from 200% and lasts for 2 seconds, down from 4
Self Reflection: now increases duration by 4 seconds down from 7
Searing Light: now increases the chance "Elite Monsters" will miss attacks to 60% up from 50% (Note: changed from "affected enemies" to "Elite Monsters")
Black Ice Now has Flavor text "Feel your blood run cold as the water of the Frozen Sea, and know that I can shatter you with a touch ~ The Ice Queen's Tale"
Evocation now reduces all cooldowns by 15%, down from 20%
Arcane Dynamo you "may" now gain a flash of insight. After you have 5, down from 8 signature spells do 75% more damage, up from 50%. The restriction on how often you may earn one has been removed
Meteor now deals 250% weapon damage, down from 305% and does 100% weapon damage, as AoE down from 50%
Molten Impact: now deals 325% weapon damage, down from 396% and does 130% AoE damage, up from 65%
Meteor Shower: now has 7 smaller meteors, down from 13 and deals 100% weapon damage, down from 122%
Comet: now deals 300% weapon damage, up from 238% and impact site does 120% weapon damage, up from 39%
Star Pact: now reduces cost by 42 arcane power, down from 48
Disintegrate now costs 20 arcane power, down from 25 and deals 170% weapon damage, up from 135%
Intensify: now deals 221% weapon damage, down from 236%
Convergence: no longer hits for 135% weapon damage. (I guess it does 170% now, base damage of spell)
Entropy: now deals 196% weapon damage, up from 189%
Chaos Nexus: now deals 40% weapon damage, down from 50%
Volatility: now deals 425% weapon damage, up from 170%
Ray of Frost now deals 200% weapon damage, up from 155% and slows movement by 30%, down from 40% and attack speed by 20%, down from 30%. Lasts for 3 seconds, down from 5
Snow Blast: now deals 260% weapon damage, up from 212%
Sleet Storm: now deals 200% weapon damage, down from 208%
Numb: now increases slow amount by 150%, up from 46% for 3 seconds, down from 7. No longer reduces damage
Cold Blood: now reduces casting cost to 12 arcane power, down from 18
Black Ice: now deals 180% weapon damage, up from 60%
Don't be so ungrateful, I had fun with the contest and it churned the 'ol noggin for all things pertaining to the world of Sanctuary .. and eh, long, sleepless nights waiting in the trade chat for that best trade for D2. Didn't win anything but enjoyed the ride, thanks guys (and gals).
The universe refuses to let me play this game...the hours are piling up that i've spent on trying to get a key in all these contests....but its a bigger problem thats keeping me from my prize...over-population. Theres just too many damn people. But nevertheless, grats to the winners.
I don't understand why tweaking, or posting about tweaking, the other unusable skills is necessary. We can't use 4/5's of the skills in beta, why bother telling us about the tweaks?

It's nice to know what changes they've made to the other skills since they only put accessible ones in the official patch notes. Some abilities we used to be able to get have been changed as well, so that's nice to know. Thanks a ton for this information, I think I can make good use of it as I report on the other classes.

=P yeah, it took me MANNYYY hours getting that together, but doable do to some awesome people on our team. but its worth it when some like the info, lot of people always try to figure out the changes just by looking at the calculators, so this helps them a lot.
I can't play anything at all (yet) since i still don't have a beta key, but I still have read all the changes of all the released patches. They give me an idea of what the developers are looking for and how things are shaping.

Haha, glad someone likes my av....it never fails to make me LOL each time I look at it (hence why I use it in these dark days of no D3 Beta)
