    why does the barb always has an axe when he whirlwinds, but his equipt weapon is a sword. doesnt make sense and looks terrible.
    oh and the effects are all pretty boring

    Combine whirlwind with the passive that lets you regenerate fury, instead of losing it and you'll be spinning, spinning, spinning your way to freedom in each dungeon.

    This ability really makes me wanna play barbarian. I've been all about the witch doctor thus far, but that one looks very cool.

    not really with it costing so much per second... you'll still only be able to do it for a few seconds. lol

    if you spec everything towards having/generating fury and put together a set of gear for the same purpose then perhaps you could almost always whirlwind

    it really depends on high lvl gear mods

    uhm no. wrong. it cost 14 fury per second and even with battle rage golden and WW golden your not going to crit every hit and it will still drain your fury too fast even at max with gear and skills increasing max fury and say you got to full fury before using it. you would only be able to do it for ~15 seconds at absolute max and best case scenario and you'd be 100% drained of fury at that point.

    If you did it at <20% health, and had your passive (abilities take no fury at 20% or less health), you could spin forever. Tack on a damage reduction passive and avoid health globes and that'd be pretty fun. Probably not a strategy that'd pan out very well; but certainly might be interesting.

    would be impossible to avoid all health globes since your passing THROUGH enemies.
